Sales staff are enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the merchandise. They took the time to help me find the phone that would best fit my needs. Their dedication to the customer even helped me take $50 off my bill.

I highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for AT&T as a provider!

The AT&T in Evans Mills is hands down on of the best I been in.Glover, Bobby, and Steph and been tremendous help with upgrading me and my family phones and troubleshooting issues with our service/account. If you have a choice I highly recommend coming to the Evan Mills AT&T store compared to the one in watertown mall. You will not be disappointed trust me.

Bobby, Stephan, Glover are amazing! They are always friendly and alway ready to help!
All 3 guys go over and beyond with customer service each time we are there. Never once did we feel rushed and they all jumped in to help as a team.
My folks live out of state and needed help with their phones. Bobby FaceTimed with them to help with troubleshooting, which was very helpful and truly appreciated.

I’ve been with ATT for quite a few years now, and my last experience with the 2 very professional male associates was one of the best I’ve had! I came in at the last minute before closing to get a new phone due to mine being destroyed completely. I felt bad for coming in and expecting so much at the last minute, although Samory and Glover were more than happy to take care of my needs and didnt complain at all!!! They got me a new phone, transferred everything for me and did it all with excellent customer service! It was a joy to have such a great experience. I had a bad weekend and they made me smile and laugh and that made my day!! Thanks guys! Truly appreciate your hard work and kindness!

Stephon& Bobby were AMAZING! They helped my husband and I get brand new iPhone 15s for cheap and if we had any problems they helped us! Even helped us with our screen protectors and cases! Thank you guys so much!

Both reps were so helpful they were patient not pressuring made me aware of a better deal on getting 3 accessories so took advantage with case ceramic screen protector which he installed and a cord. Bless their patience and trying to help me copy data from another phone onto the new phone they made sure I was comfortable getting it done even after the old phone kept failing. Thanks guys I really appreciate your low pressure and customer service oriented friendliness. This was buying a phone outright and transferring my at&t to go plan over. So they treat everyone equally as there were other customers there doing a plan and their focus was on service. A+ 110% thank you both!

The AT&T store in Watertown is awesome. The store's staff are great, I found them to be a lot more professional, very helpful, and very pleasant to talk to, and they take the time to listen to my questions and concerns.

Note: The AT&T store in Evans Mills failed miserably. With that being said, I will do my business with the AT&T STORE in Watertown.

Worked with the AT&T associate at Evans Mills store to transfer over from Verizon; they helped me with all the my questions and made it very easy. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced and very glad I went to there.

Great experience, very friendly, fast, knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Robert helped to identify some things we had previously been charged for that were not needed and saved us on our monthly bill!

Bobby was extraordinarily helpful with all the questions I had regarding my phone plan. His knowledge base with the company and its tech is something you don't see a lot on phone stores these days. He gave honest and helpful feedback in regards to my choices towards a new phone. Cant recommend AT&T enough, especially this one in the mills. Everyone on this crew is extremely helpful and kind.

Great customer service, very informative. We visited the Att Aresenal street store where we were told we could not transfer a number(after being told we could over the phone and driving 40 minutes). I ended up calling the Evans mills Att where they were more than willing to help me and also told me they could transfer the number. We ended up buying a new Samsung Flip phone and transfering the number. Bobby Olcott helped us every step of the way and did everything the other store said they could not(I believe the other store just didn't want to do there job). Will definitely recommend and continue using the Evans Mills, NY store from here on out.

We had the pleasure of working with Bobby and Stephan today. These two were super knowledgeable and helpful. We went in to upgrade a line and take a look at our bill as it’s seemed a bit high for a while now. They walked through our bill and advised us on how we could cut a little of the cost, while explaining where some of the random charges were coming from. On top of that they helped with phone selection and just the occasional banter! One of the best experiences in an AT&T store in a while!

Glover was extremely helpful with our unusual issue. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He is a great asset to your team.
