I travelled over 2 hours to go and check out a used truck at Waite Toyota and I’m glad I did. Very friendly and professional staff at Waite Toyota in Watertown, NY. Matt and Tim were very responsive and helpful with assisting me in purchasing my used truck at their dealership. I was offered a very fair amount for my trade-in and they made the financing and purchasing process easy and quick. The salesman Josh showed much patience being very willing to work numbers with us and actually spent about 4 hours running different numbers on a several different vehicles. In addition, the sales manager took time to sit us down and explain exactly how my payment was calculated. In all of my car buying experiences I have never truly understood where all my money was going and this process helped me to feel very comfortable about making my purchase. Overall, very pleased with my experience and loving our vehicles.

I’m very happy with my purchase from Waite Toyota. The salesman I worked with, Jon Keggins, was professional, personable and helpful in negotiating an acceptable price with the dealership. He even arranged to provide me with a loaner vehicle for a couple of days while my used car was being prepared for sale (it had just arrived the night before.) Excellent experience work with Matt to get the exact Camry Hybrid I wanted. His help in setting things up for our phones was appreciated and his orientation to the safety features and how the control them was great. The deal was good as well.

Went out of the way to help me. Everything was done much faster than average. Customer service is really exceptional.

Went in to find out an issue with a grinding noise. It took them about 10 mins to diagnose the problem and another 10 minutes to resolve the issue. Recommendation was to wait 2 weeks and get it checked again, if the problem remains the fix would be over $2k. 2 weeks went by without issues.

The salesman..Tim Everson, was very helpful. He returned all of my pre lease calls promptly. Tim was very knowledgeable about his products. I am concerned that the national lease adds are misleading. Tim explained that to me as well, however he shouldn't have had to. The truck was delivered, by Tim, to me personally with a full tank of fuel. The truck was spotless clean.

I was in desperate need of a vehicle since losing both our Toyotas in a catastrophic house fire. The Waite Toyota staff worked tirelessly to get me a Tacoma so I had something to drive. It is a great truck. The sales process was quickly and professionally completed. This is my second Tacoma from Waites. My other truck, which was lost in the fire was purchased in 2005. A truly great product.
