I moved here 2 weeks ago and the ball joints on my 02 ranger were shot (just bought the truck)
I replaced the upper and lower control arms, ball joints, tierod ends, sway bar links, and shocks.
I needed an alignment asap because of a 700mile road trip in 3 days.
I called Mavis' Shop at 430 in the afternoon and they happily took me in for an alignment and had me out in the same day! Took an hour, truck drives perfect.
I highly recommend these guys and I will be going back to them in the future if needed.

Once again, an amazing experience! My car broke down 1 mile from Mavis Tire and after a quick call, they got me in immediately. The estimate for repairs was ready in less than 30 minutes and I was given multiple options for repair and payment. The repair was unexpected, but the 90 day interest free payment option was a life saver! The parts were ordered and installed in less than a day. I will definitely be back next time I need a repair!

Mavis Tire on Arsenal Street has always been my go to for car repair! They have worked with me and brought me through to show me what's going on and explain how things work. They are always professional and have also understood when i have said no. I even lived in GA and waited till i came up to get work done. Phenomenal team here at the Arsenal Street location!

I came in for an inspection and window wiper replacement. Knowing that I had a death wobble and break issues, they found that my oil pan was shooting oil all over my undercarriage. I was able to take care of all of that before this winter storm comes through. I highly recommend arsenal street location the staff gave excellent service! They listened to why I was there and accommodated me. They all were patient, kind and fast!

I was originally supposed to get my car inspected somewhere on state street however they cancelled at the time of my appointment. I called Mavis on Arsenal St. and they were my absolute saving grace! They were kind, were able to get me in even though it was an hour to closing, and were quick & efficient. I don’t know why I even bothered going anywhere but here first.
