I am very happy with Bradley’s Surplus. I received my order faster than expected and just the way I ordered it too. Communication is fast too! I am not one to talk on the phone so I rely on email. This is my go to from now on.

I needed a custom tape that exceed the standard 20 characters, so couldn't just use the automated online ordering. Very responsive to email inquiry and we got it done. EXTREMELY clean stitch work on the finished products too!

Were polite and understanding. I messaged to have Until Valhalla added to a bracelet I had already ordered. They said they would definitely do it, not a problem. I served with the person on the bracelet, he was a new father for the first time (only 3 months) and was 24 years old. They refused to charge me the extra. Veterans looking out for Veterans, at least they did for this one. The name tapes I ordered are for another "brother's" 2 sons. I know where to go now, for all this in the future. Just need some 82nd clothing ;-)

This is not your typical surplus store. I’m used to a place with bins full of stuff that you have to sort through. Bradley’s is extremely organized and clean. They’ll print your dog tags on the spot and if you need a full color hook and loop 10th Mountain patch… this is the only place to go.

They got my order 100% correct and it was in my possession quickly. Great Job Bradley's!

I recommend it, excellent price, a store that in my country Costa Rica there is no, in my country there are Military stores But not like brandley's, brandley's surplus is a unique store, it is sold online at comfortable prices 10 dollars to 50 dollars in my country one thinks of those sales very expensive But brandley's has the best prices

USPS never delivered my package (probably got caught in conveyor belt). Someone called and assisted with getting my sons name tape replaced. Great service. Would definitely support this company again!

Had an issue with shipment. Customer service responded quickly, fixed the issue and even sent a "thank you" back with the second shipment. You don't get service like that everyday. I would highly recommend Bradley's Surplus.

After 911 attack this prior service US Army veteran enlisted in NYS Division Of Military and Naval Affairs as a NCO. Bradley’s Surplus has been my go to company since 2004 until my honorable discharge in 2013. I still have supply needs just being a veteran still with Bradley’s Surplus. Blessings to all God Star families this Memorial Day 2021.

I ordered some nametapes online and received the wrong color thread. Upon hearing about it, they immediately made new corrected ones and sent them to me with expedited shipping. Amazing customer service, I will definitely use them again.
