Best Buy

If I have the opportunity to go to Best Buy, I go there to look around and look at their electronics. I like Best Buy for the fact they have almost everything that other stores don't carry. The other thing I really like about Best Buy is that you can order anything online, and the item or items can be shipped directly to your home.

This Best Buy always has the most knowledgeable and friendly experts on their team. In particular, Rome, the shift lead, fit us to the best options for our budget and scenerios and we are so pleased with our purchase. Thanks Rome!

I purchased 5 appliances today and had an excellent experience at Best Buy. Jon helped me all the way through from start to finish and he was so knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He made excellent recommendations and explained everything clearly and made the process easy and I'm very happy with the choices made and also in getting My Best Buy Membership. Joe was also very helpful and followed up with an additional purchase. Great customer service and highly recommend getting your appliances here.

Great experience here I bought Nintendo switch games and some apple AirPods they have great workers there and I got the help I need and got exactly what I was looking for.

Great store! I've done online ordering several times and this specific store is always quick. When making visits, all the staff have been very friendly and helpful without being in the way or aggressively "helpful".

Good place I'm a tech geek I repair electronics for a living this is the best store I been to so far and I'm gone 270 days a year traveling best knowledged employees so far

I want to thank Best Buy Watertown New York store for their exemplary customer service and leadership by store manager Kendall and his team of self motivated professionals. Kendall and his team not only proactively attended to our needs but also provided the absolute best customer service satisfaction through strong problem solving skills, customer service management and design of company policies to exceed companies service standards. We live in Canada and purchased a Samsung television which was defective and had to be returned to Samsung. This was not something that was a smooth transaction and it took time , frustration and increased stress Thank you Kendall and team would highly recommend Best Buy Watertown and will certainly be returning to this store for any further purchases we would need.

We were in a tough situation, and needed help with SIM cards quickly. The staff took care of us in a timely fashion, they were polite, they were respectful, and got me and my family set up and out the door with working devices. Thank you to the staff for troubleshooting the situation and understanding what we were trying to do.

Bought an advanced gaming system from here and a year subscription of Geek Squad! I have never had any issues yet, and they are very professional here.

Geek Squad tech Ebony was persistent in trying to resolve what turned out to be an unresolvable issue (network/device compatibility) which was not presenting itself, but causing confusion..after a valiant effort and hard work on her part, we discovered the issue & a resolution..
I heard a lot of grateful customers while I was there..BestBuy has really great folks..big shout out to them!

Got exactly what I needed without any trouble finding it.

I normally don't leave reviews, however today, 3/11/22, I made a trip to Best Buy because I had an itch for something shiny. When I arrived, the store was busier than I had seen it in quite a long time. The sales manager, Patrick, however made the wait quite bearable. He was clearly handling a very busy store, but prior to talking with me, I observed that he made sure to check in with every customer that walked in. He made sure that not only were my purchasing needs taken care of, he made time for some brief chit-chat, and handed me off to another great sales associate.

The sales associate, Maria, made sure to not only find out what my needs were, but asked relevant questions, made suggestions for accessories, and did so in a friendly, professional manner.
