McDonald's

I frequently visit this McDonald's and have consistently experienced prompt service and freshly made food. Utilizing the McDonald's app for ordering streamlines the process, allowing you to wait comfortably in designated parking spots rather than enduring long lines. The staff efficiently pull forward one to three cars at a time, ensuring timely preparation of meals. While occasional backups in the lines may occur, overall, the experience is convenient and the food quality remains commendable.

I have recently gone through the drive-through and whoever your employee that was working on Monday, June 26 at around 8:30 PM, and the first drive-through window was an amazing employee. She was not rushing or pushy with the menu and she read me back everything that I had ordered to make sure everything was correct. And she was very pleasant. We have come to this restaurant multiple times and honestly this is one of the very first and few employees that has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. . And I honestly do hope that this gets back to her and that she knows what a great employee she is. Regardless of me telling her at the window or not. Not sure if her initials are KS number 13 but I hope truly there’s employee does get the appreciation. They deserve has a very hard-working employee at a major fast food chain

Pulled in to this McDonald's during a cross boarder shopping venture for a quick bite .
We noticed as we pulled in that the drive thru was busy so we parked and went in to order .
We were pleasantly surprised how fast we received our order at our table , also at how clean and well organized it was !
Compared to many McDonald's we have been to in Ontario Canada and Durham region .
The woman with the soft cast on her leg was serving inside and out , cleaning tables and tending to peoples needs by herself , all while maintaining a friendly demeanor. This McDonald's in Watertown in my opinion should be an example for all McDonald's and we will definitely be back when we cross over again !

I never eat here, but my sister gets food here, it's always served as ordered, she only uses this location because of the service. Kathy and McKenzie or is it McKayla? Are super welcoming and friendly!!

Ordered a little mac among other things and the bun was very burnt, fortunately the staff was super helpful and the rest of the order was great.

The inside has had a major upgrade. It feels very modern and clean.

Impressed by the new playplace. Staff was handing out fun activities for the children as well.

Consider making the parking lot bigger if at all possible :)

We dined inside while the Grandkids played in play area. They served us our food at table and didn't forget anything. They brought the straws n napkins and ketchup the Kid was nice and very professional. Thanks.

Stopped to use restroom, coffee, and a quick bite to eat. I would definitely stop here again.

Clean, quick and we'll kept. Staff are friendly, nicely updated aswell.

The McDonald's on Arsenal Street in Watertown is great. Food came out with no issues and was hot and fresh. The graveyard is doing a great job, thank you :)))

This McDonald’s is family friendly and quick with the food. If y’all have kids I recommend this McDonald’s it’s way better then the one by fort drum.

The person taking our order had just finished taking what seemed to be a long order and possibly a confusing order. She was very friendly and seemed happy and relieved with our much shorter order. We actually enjoyed ordering from her.

Well I'm loving it because it has an indoor playground and it's clean.

Great to take the kids and let them run out some energy in the play place.

Efficient staff busy early in the AM. Just amazing to see the teamwork as they got going for the day. Really quick delivery from an order via the app.

I don't know who this gentleman was but he took the time from what I assume was his grand daughter to show kids how to fold paper and make a cube. There ate still good people!!!

Very good McDonald's. It was very busy but they were delivering orders fast. Neat and clean. The washrooms were also clean.
