Such a great experience shopping with Richard. Got a custom purple sofa that was a perfect fit for my space. It was more affordable than most new sofas, better quality than anything I could find online. And the best part was supporting a local business.

Cannot recommend Zozi’s loft enough!

What a wonderful experience I had shopping for a sofa at Zozi’s. Richard was not only able to make me lovely modern, comfortable sofa with a beautiful cornflower blue fabric he also had it delivered within 2 weeks, as I was up against a tight deadline. Now, where else can you get a custom sofa in 2 weeks? Such a pleasure to work with; you’ll be in good hands and supporting a local SF business. Thank you Richard! I’m loving the sofa and ottoman!

My partner and I had a really positive experience at Zozi’s loft. Came in, got casually directed to the best seller, gave a go at the other floor models, and went with the best seller. Picked out a color, and a few weeks later had the new couch delivered! We were in and out in less than 40 minutes, and the couch is a hell of an upgrade over what we had!

More than 5 stars! My new sofa is so comfy and beautiful. I’d been looking for months and saw the store and by chance, stopped. Lucky me! Richard was wonderful and helped me find just what I was looking for. A luscious velvet sofa, perfect for me and the dogs? Loved the service and selection.

I highly recommend coming here, especially if you are already looking for sectionals at a big box retailer. I've been saving up to buy a sectional that I could keep in my space for a long time. I looked at different retailers, but the measurements often didn't quite fit what I needed in my space.

I found the pricing at Zozi's Loft was similar to well known furniture stores, but better value as I got additional customizations and quality. In addition, I got to support a local small business, and the sectional was made in California.

We have been looking for a couch for many months and Zozi’s had one for us. We were lucky enough to get the floor model and within 3 hrs, we were enjoying our couch at home. The delivery was great by Daniel and they set it up too!

I was looking for a new sofa for my living room for a long time checking out big and small stores online and in person. Almost gave up until my friend suggested Zozi’s loft. The minute I walked in, I knew, this is it.
It took me three visits until I made up my mind and they (Richard and Barkin) were always super friendly, patient and helpful. The sofa arrived two weeks ago and I’m beyond happy. It is gorgeous, comfortable and fits perfectly in my living room. I highly recommend Zozi’s loft. I will definitely come back.

Absolutely LOVE our couch from Zozi’s. We had visited just about every furniture store around and could not find any couch with the right depth, height, and material for us within our price range. Barkin was very knowledgable and helped us customize the perfect long couch for our space within our budget. He recommended the performance velvet fabric for our cats and they have not scratched at it yet. They organized delivery with an extra fee, and it took exactly the estimated 3 weeks to come in. Would definitely recommend Zozi’s for all your couch needs!

Every transaction I have had at Zozi’s Loft has been wonderful. It’s been 2 wks since we received our sofas from Zozi’s. Richard is very sincere and honest. We came into his shop 3 wks before christmas and he made us a promise that we will receive our sofas in time for the holidays. He kept his word. The whole process was smooth and Richard and staff were extremely patient. Will definitely use them again for any home needs!

I love my couch from Zozi's! We picked an awesome fabric and were able to get the perfect dimensions to fit our place. The delivery was seamless also.

I liked my new sofa and I am happy with the experience from the beginning. They also gave me a loan coach while my new sofa is being produced(took 2 months). Overall, I do recommend this place.

Customer service ceceas great. The chairs arrived exactly when promised in time for Xmas. My husband wishes they were welded but so far they seem to be holding up well. The price was right!

I thought that my apartment wouldn't be worth the money to put deluxe furniture in it. It is a small studio that has what I need with limited counter space. I feel uplifted and more at peace with my new furniture at a fantastic unexpected price.

In the store, they helped us pick the right design, shape, right upholstery. Was delivered to us custom made in under 3 weeks. Zozi gave us great service, answering all of our questions and custom-designing the size, fabric, and mattress type for our fabulous new sleeper sofa! All of this at a very reasonable price (we checked more than a dozen other furniture stores), as well as reasonable build times (2-4 weeks in a market where others were quoting 5 months or more!), and with careful and competent delivery.
