Michelle is amazing!! She is knowledgeable, friendly, patient and great at her job! A couple of weeks ago, my mother and I went to PRN&L looking for new trees/ shrubs to replace the ones that had died in our front yard. Michelle was quick to offer her expertise and guide us through the expansive selection offered at Pine Ridge. We showed her photos and gave her an idea of the size we were looking for and she gave wonderful suggestions and ultimately we found the perfect new additions that will look great for years to come!! Thanks again Michelle, we will be back!

Procured a very nice Willow Oak as a birthday present for my wife! She's wanted one for years. My first visit...very impressive inventory of quality trees, etc. and Michele was super nice and helpful!! I'll be back!!

Love this place. We just moved to this state and they helped us pick plants and educated us on how things grew and what can grow here.( came from Florida) everyone we spoke with was great and the two guys that came and planted all our trees are awesome. They were professional, nice and told us everything we needed to know about keeping them healthy. We will be returning to this company for any flower or tree needs in the future.

They’re just the best. I’ve been to several nurseries around the valley and have never been met with the level of service they provide. The quality of their plants is great but what really stands out the most is how helpful every single person in their staff is. My husband and I have had them plant two trees, and we have bought their roses, butterfly bushes, a hydrangea tree, mulch, and some beautiful evergreen bushes from them and we love it all. We also always come back with questions about how to care for them and they’re always so helpful even when we’re not buying anything that day.

Excellent local plant nursery. I picked up a flat of periwinkle today. Already in the ground as very healthy plants. I’m sure to return.

Bought 6 trees, 3 of which ended up needing to be replaced within a few months. They did so with no push back, and the installers took great care to ensure the landscaping we had just spend tons of time and money to install, was back to 100% before they left after replanting. Great to deal with from day 1!

They have a very nice selection that goes with a nice price.

A wonderful hidden gem tucked right off the main drag in Salem. Very well organized and stocked, I was truly pleased at how well laid out everything was. Every plant, garden statue, and bag has a price and label. There was a large selection of garden ornaments and other decorations, every kind of tree you can imagine even some that I had no idea would grow in our area. The inside of the little shop is beautiful, just the right amount of selections and stock for sale, not too much and every staff member was very helpful and outgoing with their information.

Mark is SO helpful! We built a new home and he is so knowledgeable and had such great suggestions on the plants that would be complimentary to our home and the layout. Their selection is wonderful and everyone there is so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Jenny helped us and we really appreciated it. She helped us load our pine straw and took much time finding and identifying beautiful flowers. Didnt get the nice ladies name at checkout but much appreciated as she helped us as well.

I was very pleased with this garden center. They seem to have it all. Nice selection of garden decor (flags, gazing globes), fertilizers, etc. Wonderful selection of perennials, annuals, shrubs, and trees. Cement decor in abundant supply. Also have a selection of river rock to rip rap to mulch selections. Friendly, helpful service add up to a very pleasant experience

Alittle pricy?

Very helpful, and very knowledgable when it came to getting my yard together. I have also recvied quite a a bit of dirt and mulch loads. Prices were very competitive and the area is very clean and organized. Been coming here for over 6 years for all my yard needs.

I have been going to this nursery for many years and never had a bad experience. They are so helpful. They are quick to help and offer suggestions. They stand behind their products. I always recommend this nursery. I have bought trees,numerous plants,mulch,grass seed, and topsoil. Their topsoil is sifted nice and its really rich in color. Thank you so much for your help. I am on my 2nd home and I look forward to visiting thru out the seasons.

The folks here are always helpful and friendly. And they are knowledgable! They offered to take a picture of the front of my home and explain how to relandacape it. The guy I worked with took me around on the cart and showed me what each plant was on the recommended list and why it was on the list. Very helpful!

I've purchased our Christmas trees here for many years. Very courteous and helpful people. They always go out of their way to help. The trees are always fresh and last well after Christmas.
