I was fitted with the top-rated shoes for my needs.

I was very impressed with the customer service I received. After going to multiple shoe stores in the Roanoke Valley, with no success, William took the time to help me match exactly what I needed for work shoes. He went above and beyond what I had experienced at all the other stores combined. You can not "train" a person to be a decent human being, but you can consider yourself lucky to have one working for you.

This was the best experience I have ever had. I was looking for a specific boot that they did not have in the store. William went out of his way to find me the boots that I was looking for. They were at a different store a couple hours away.. William is having them shipped to the store.Thank you so much William.
