Cirqulation Aerial Arts & Fitness

Lydsey and Caroline came to my studio to do 3 different workshops and I have to tell you that everyone was on fire after the workshop! I cannot articulate in words that are strong enough describe the gratitude I have for their talents and teaching abilities that were shared with our tribe.
They completely renewed my personal passion and love for the aerial arts. I especially enjoyed new training techniques and specific cueing to movements that are “simple” but when done with intention and purpose, became a physical masterpiece.
My body was a bit sore (in the best of ways) from the structurally intense training but my mind is racing with renewed and refreshed ideas that hopefully will bring people to this passionate movement style.
I learned so much in just the short amount of time spend with them. Can't wait to train with you again! You are fun, witty, silly, kind and a true master at what you do. Many blessings moving forward!

Classes are back! I took my first ever aerial silks course last month and my instructor Justin was a wonderful teacher. In the intro course we learned various climbs, how to mount and dismount the silks, a few positions to hold in the air, etc. It was beginner friendly while still being a challenge. The environment was non-judgmental, and once again Justin is just great. He’ll be able to meet you at your personal skill level and is so kind! I would highly recommend this studio to anyone wanting to try out aerial arts.

The studio had everything we needed to learn. We did light conditioning and stretching as well to improve our abilities. Come try it out!

Lynsey is professional, caring, and flexible. She fosters talent and builds strong skills.

If you’re in the Roanoke area and looking for a new fitness option, you should look into this. I took classes a few years ago and it’s the most fun I’ve ever had while still being extremely challenging! Also, you don’t need to be in incredible shape or flexible…it’s very accessible for everyone. Loved it!

I had never danced or worked on flexibility in my life before taking a class at Cirqulation, but Lynsey made classes so accessible and fun that I've been a continuous attendee for over 2 years! Cirqulation has given me a space to grow in strength and confidence in a whimsical and safe environment! I've also been to multiple workshops at the studio, which have all been great experiences! My handstand skills have improved dramatically after a few workshops with Lynsey, and she always gives great advice to take home!

This place is so unique. Lynsey is great at what she does and you can tell she cares. I am doing the flex class and it really has improved my quality of life.

Lynsey is a phenomenal teacher and every lesson is super fun. She's amazing at tailoring classes for individual abilities. Great exercise for strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence!
