Place is huge ! Good location and also putt putt was indoor sadly pool was closed but place was clean and that is a plus , front desk was so helpful and breakfast was good too

It was very nice. Still needs some improvement . The shower was very hard to turn on. I couldn't get it to stop dripping after I was finished.

I'll be doing my damnedest to stay at Clarion from now on! The place is huge! Literally everything you could need, including a bar. I was sad that the pool was closed for maintenance but really, not that big a deal.

My biggest issue was that the TV was OLD - I think in 2023 a place of this size should have a smart TV in every room.

FYI: if you order food delivery, the clerks won't let the delivery person come to your room, so be ready to meet them in the lobby!

I eat lunch in the parking lot here and at times, I enjoy the Longshots for the gambling purposes.

Great hotel with great staff! I drive a tractor trailer and needed a place to stay for a night or two. Huge parking lot and they are very friendly to truckers. Room was very clean, and had an indoor mini golf course, pool, fitness center, and even a football court. Hotel also has a restaurant/ bar in it and awesome breakfast. Great deal for the price! Bed was comfortable as well! Will be back!

The hefty staff member playing the morning classics and maintaining the breakfast tables this morning was extremely kind, courteous and respectful. I walked in to have breakfast and was immediately greeted with good morning and enjoy the wonderful music and food to my wife and I. We noticed that he never stood around, always working to ensure the appearance of the breakfast area was clean, well maintained and that food and beverages were continuously stocked in a clean, organized, high end fashion all awhile checking on us and everyone dining to ensure our experience was nothing less than superior.
Most respectful hotel staff member we’ve ever encountered and my wife and I frequently travel around the world.
We didn’t expect such over and behind service at a breakfast buffet.

We landed here after our car broke down while on a road trip from the Midwest. The employees were very compassionate and supportive, allowing us to arrange affordable accommodations during a very stressful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and my children appreciated the distraction of mini golf and foosball. :)

The hotel was a wonderful setting for the convention that I attended. It had a lot of great areas perfect for photo opportunities. The staff had a plentiful number of hydration stations set up for attendees. They were pretty accommodating of our group.

My hotel room in the Holidome was spacious and clean. The staff members that I encountered were courteous and friendly. Checking in was easy as well as checking out. The breakfast buffet was reasonable and filling. Food and beverage service in the lounge was slow at times, but my drinks and my food were good. I am not sure if the staff was fully prepared for our onslaught, but I am optimistic that service will be even better next year.

I greatly enjoyed my stay and am looking forward to returning next year!

Super clean and the staff was very friendly. My room was SO competitively priced I thought the hotel would be horrible but it was fantastic. Yes some of the furniture is "dated" but it's clean and dated and I'm fine with that. The outside stairwell to the room smells a lot like smoke but the hallways and room smells clean, which was most important.

Best hotel experience I have had since the pandemic! This place gets it right! Rooms are clean and sanitized. Masks are required. They provide you with a bagged breakfast with a bottle of water an orange, a granola bar and yogurt is also available. Most places aren't doing anything these days! They also have an indoor pool and it is open!!! They do this by having rooms sign up for times to swim. Only one room can use the pool at a time. Then they sanitize before the next room goes. So very grateful they are keeping the pool open in this way!!! Staff was all very friendly and they welcome your pet here!!! Hands down, it was the best experience I have had since February. Highly highly recommend!!!

Hotel was great. As a choice employee I am extremely picky with my rooms. The bed was comfortable, had a pool side room. Even had a light in the shower area.
Will go back next time in the area.

This hotel is one of the best deals in a 100 miles, with great service, comfortable rooms, lots of amenities, and a great pool in the center with poolside access doors! I have stayed here many times and it will always be my first choice whenever I am nearby.

This hotel was surprisingly nice. The rooms were clean and roomy. Loved the design, looked like it was apartments. The first fridge/freezer that actually froze my bottles, LOL!!! The breakfast was included and it was good. Front desk staff were hospitable. Room service staff didn't speak much English but that's ok. Nice area around the pool. They even have a sports bar with sports betting. Definitely would recommend trying them out.

As a first-timer to this facility, it would have been helpful to have directional signage to my conference inside the building. Even with direction from the friendly staff at the front desk, I had to double back to them to ask for clarification in finding the room. The room itself was a little small for the number of participants and the facilitator had to keep the doors open to help cool down the room, so the noise outside was distracting at times. The hotel itself, though, has so much character - it's really unique and if I needed to stay overnight in Frederick, I would choose this hotel. Beautifully decorated, very clean, and the pool area and mini golf course both looked like a lot of fun. Most importantly, though, the staff I came in contact with were all very welcoming, friendly, and helpful.

Went for a banquet, food was good. Had chicken with mashed sweet potatoes & veggies. Cleaned my plate. The veggie plate looked good as well. Good service, nothing rushed.

I've used the meeting spaces at the Clarion numerous times over the past year and have always had a great experience. The facility and meeting spaces are clean and look nice. The meeting room is always set up and ready on time, whether it's a meeting for 10 or 100 people. The staff is very attentive, no matter what the request may be. The catering menus have a variety of options, and the food is always delicious and served on time. I would definitely recommend the Clarion to anyone looking to book a meeting or event.

Interesting that it's a two floor hotel with no elevator, but they compensated in an amazing way by having people help with luggage. The event space was great. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was actually quite good for a complimentary meal.

I stayed here for the night of a friends wedding. The checkin process was easy, they even let me check in a little early which was convenient. We had drinks at the bar after the wedding which was accommodating to stay open late for the wedding party. The room was nice with comfortable large beds. I would recommend this place

Our stay here at this hotel was extremely enjoyable, very clean friendly staff. Accomodations were very nice heated indoor pool, sauna very nice restaurant/lounge. Morning full breakfast bar well stocked with variety form hot to cold. We would highly recommend this Hotel.
