Warm and welcoming place with employees who do their best to help voters. They solve difficult situations like sending absentee ballots last minute to a son overseas. All employees are very knowledgeable and professional in the way they handle voter's requests and issues.

I voted Friday. The workers did a fabulous job of directing traffic, sending cars to parking spaces. And the voting lines were directed efficiently, with lines moving quickly. Great job, Board of Elections!

Overall quick service, but could be better with security of applications box.

Quick and friendly service when transferring voter registration from one county to another in North Carolina. One of the office staff was quick and efficient at handing the correct form and instructions were simple.

Now. With all being said. There are two boxes in one of the photos to drop off voter registration. The application completed box is not secure enough, in my humble opinion. Anyone can reach in and pick up someone’s form. It is not like a drop box with a lock. Now this is Henderson County, sleepy and safe. Still leaves the chance of someone tampering with registration cards / applications.

So take precautions and drop your application off at the front desk with one of the friendly staff who are working diligently to serve the county and the 2020 elections.

During early voting, the facility had over 8 curb side voting spots to cater to folks during the 2020 pandemic who had special needs. Personally early voted at this location and was in and out in 10-15 minutes. Staff and volunteers did an excellent job for all of the Henderson County residence. Other folks who early voted at the Etowah Library also had a quick voting experience. Nice job and keep up the good work.

Was trying to get my voter registration card for a work ID requirement (you can use that and SS card in place of ID), but they have numerous errors on their part. First, I found they lost my application after calling. They remembered my name, but have no information in the system and lost the physical copy I mailed. They said to just send a new one in. I did that, waited a week, and called again. Now it turns out they won't send one until mid-july since the primary has been postponed. If that is the case, why not tell me in the first place or have that information readily available on their website or with any of their other policies. Now I need to work on getting another form of ID for that form. I understand if that is the policies, my complaint is that they lost my form, then strung me along for 2 weeks wasting my time without telling me. 2 weeks is a long time to stop someone from working, especially in the current pademic environment.

Pitiful. Wanted to transfer current voter registration card from Wilmington, NC due to relocation. Had to complete new complete questionnaire to get a VR Card for Henderson county. Not even a glance at current VR Card from New Hanover County. Maybe ill get new VR Card by July 1. When I made a face ( under my mask) the counter clerk said " we are backed up with 2'000 registrations"....... Its 2020 not 1963. C'mon. Henderson county still using ink wells.....

Terrible location! Small drive into the building with limited parking what a mess. Must have been one of the local insider land when the powers to be decided to build here. The county has a wide open half empty mall that could had use this office where their is much easier access.
