Staybridge Suites Summerville - Charleston Area, an IHG Hotel

We were looking for a stopover stay in Summerville and tried Staybridge. We were very happy with our choice. It was cleaner and more well-kept than another hotel we had stayed in the year prior. Decor was neat and modern. The breakfast spread was hot and yummy. We requested a room facing the back of the building and had no issue with noise for our sensitive sleeper. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

It was our first trip to SC with our 2 dogs and we loved our stay and everyone at the front desk was friendly. The only issue was the large washer in the laundry room had a nasty smell to it and we had to wash our clothes again in another washer. Besides that, everything was great. Our room was like a small apartment. Loved it. Real clean and clean hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

Ms. TIMMA . . . I could stop right there, give her and whoever hired and trained her a significant raise. Professional, helpful and thorough. How refreshing to encounter such hospitality after traveling.

However, the rest of the staff did not disappoint, with smiles and "how may I help yous"' prevailing, with clean hallways and community areas along with food that was tastefully presented ( Monday is one of the evening socials) with crisp and fresh salad, there were a few meat options also ( I don't eat meat but it was presented well) and again the staff was wonderful.

Wait there's more, the room was CLEAN!! , I mean Mr. Clean, CLEAN, with clean linens and towels and I'm very particular so I'm thankful that the cleaning I do in every hotel will not be extensive here. So thank you Housekeeping, keep up the amazing work I can look forward to getting good rest tonight.

We loved this place in Summerville, South Carolina! It was a wonderful stay! Loved the room, the bed, kitchen, living room! We could've stayed a week! Staff was great from the front desk to the breakfast crew!

Fantastic establishment!, the staff are top shelf, friendly people. They offer dinner Monday through Friday from a preset menu, similar to cafeteria style. The food is fantastic, I haven't missed a meal nor been disappointed. They do serve breakfast Mon-sunday. The rooms are a nice size with a respectable size studio like kitchen. Fridge, microwave and 2 burner stove top. Dishwasher too!. Pet friendly and you can smoke outside. Theirs a fire pit, 2 grills (gas) gym and laundry. Pleasure to stay, and comfortable while I'm staying. 25 minutes from 3 different beaches, and sits in the center of Summerville s restaurants and shopping. Definitely the place to stay if coming to Charleston.

We have stayed here multiple times when we visit Charleston because it accommodates all of our needs. Summerville has plenty of restaurants and shopping and its right by the Interstate for easy access to downtown and the beaches! There is a pool, grills with seating area and a firepit lit in the evening. A gym and a laundry room. Pet friendly and loved seeing the dogs! The rooms have a full kitchen with regular sized fridge/ice maker, a dishwasher and stove. A full breakfast is served every morning and dinner on the week nights. The staff was for sure one of the the highlights this trip. Brian and Sarah were definitely fun and welcoming and I loved cutting up with them. The food was really good too. A few times I had gone out for the day and had already eaten but strolling thru the lobby with those smells I always had to get a plate for some night snacking. My favorites were the bbq chicken pizza and then the ravioli with marinara sauce I'm still thinking about! The house keeping did a great job and one of them i nicknamed Whistle. Always friendly and humming a tune. Southern hospitality at its best. Thank y'all. See you next time!

Great hotel, with great service. The rooms are spacious and nice and staff is friendly. You get free breakfast and, on most evenings, social hour meal in the evening.

Very clean hotel. Suites were spacious. They served a great holiday meal, which was surprisingly good. Staff were all polite and helpful.

Best place ever,free breakfast and free dinner,rooms are clean,u get. 3 free drinks at dinner,nice saltwater pool for ur skin,beds are clean and comfy,places around the hotel are good too,service is great,they have a snack room,and I had very fun staying at this hotel! I recommend for anyone 1-60 y/o

This hotel stay was perfect! The staff was kind and friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean and the amenities were terrific. The breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel stay, the fitness center was well equipped and the location was top notch. Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. It is centrally located lots of stuff nearby. The beach was 30-40 minutes away. Buffet breakfast daily was great!!! Complimentary laundry, and they offer complimentary dinner Monday through Thursday. The 2 queen suite room was very clean and with well stocked kitchenette. And a full size fridge, and small dishwasher. Big shower with removable showerhead no tub.(which was fine for us). The sectional was a twin pull out bed. Plenty of room for our family of 4. The hotel as a whole had a very cozy feel, my husband and I even sat in the TV room while we washed our clothes nightly and felt right at home. Clean pool and pet friendly.

Immaculate hotel with nice employees, excellent housekeeping and great amenities. Best breakfast buffet ever (seriously), and a fabulous "Social Hour" on weeknights with food and drinks. Really one of the best overall hotels I've ever stayed at. Location lost one star only because of the location so close to I-26, but although we could hear traffic, it wasn't really bothersome.

Ver nice, clean and convenient location. We had an excellent stay in March 2023. Room was very nice and it was quiet. Very pleased and will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this location!!!

This location is everything was preparing for a wedding anniversary. Close to Ross Target Walmart TJ MAXX and even Walmart. The best breakfast hands down!! The lobby has a living room like area that you can close off for privacy...all the comforts of home!!

Had a business stay and will definitely stay here any time I'm in the Goose Creek-Summerville area.
The breakfast is good - eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal, and assorted pastries. Above and beyond the continental breakfast many places offer.
The staff was great and very helpful. The rooms are large and I had a full kitchen, pots, pans, silverware, plates, and glasses. The free Wi-Fi was good and I think they have an upgrade for more speed, but I didn't need it.
If their goal is 5 stars, they earned it and my return business!

My overall experience has been outstanding. Kemel is a great young lady and is always nice.

I'm not sure about other people but my stay here was amazing. The suite was spotless an dishes plates glasses everything excellent. The gym was open an plus the in door swimming pool was nice. Even though it was a in door pool it was pretty cold temperature. The breakfast in the morning was supreme. Plus I showed my military ID an got 10% off the price. Staff was great and polite service. I highly recommend this fair price for everything you get. Book it asap you will not be disappointed.

A beautiful property with great suites. We had a full kitchen with dishes and silverware, a king sized bed in the bedroom, and a large living space. Exits were easy to find and spread out through the first floor. The provided breakfast was good, pretty standard fare for a three star hotel, but weekdays has a supper too, we stayed a weekend so we didn't have the supper. The staff were super friendly and helpful with all our needs, handicap services and pets.I highly recommend a stay here if you're in the Summerville or Charleston area.
