Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Summerville, SC

A great hotel down in Summerville, came to visit my partner and this location was cheap and they cleaned the rooms even when we didn't ask. Great and nice staff, rooms are pretty good! Near the main shopping district so the main road is pretty busy but not a big issue! Will be coming back if I ever come and stay again! ✨

Room was clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The lady who did the breakfast was very nice and welcoming.

HBO don't work, there was a spider on my pillow when I woke up in the morning. The people are nice customer service is decent. The rooms smelled good. The room was fairly clean. There was a used washcloth hanging at the top of the shower. All in all I would stay here again minus the fact that there was a spider on my pillow. I had to update my review.. I stayed again, no spider this time customer service was super awesome. Room was clean. I said I would stay again and I mentioned it! Is this a good place to stay.

Easy to find large clean room with microwave and mini fridge with a Big Ol king size bed.

I loved this hotel. Very clean, comfortable room with a hot tub.

Every member of the staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast area staff was very friendly and kept the area clean. Room had coffee/tea, microwave and refrigerator. Spacious and plenty of seating and storage. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Convenient to I-26. You can't beat the service and value!

Nice peaceful, pleasant and quiet hotel to stay at. Clean comfortable room, friendly and attentive staff and great hot breakfast in the morning. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

The beds were comfortable and loved having the tea, lemonade and Cookie's available to snack on.

This was a mini vacation for my mini family, and it was FABULOUS!! The location, Ms. Rosemary at check-in, the fresh baked cookies, breakfast, and housekeeping were all very good and accommodating.

Peach, I think the front desk ladies name was WAS. A. PEACH. I went in here around 1 am petrified of my air bnb stay due to cleanliness issues looking for a place to stay. They had no vacancy and had computers down and couldn’t look into next day stays at the time. This lady calls around to every nearby hotel looking to get me the cheapest deal even just for the night so we can find a place to stay as we’re here for a week. The fact that she even picked up her phone to call all the managers she’s friends with to help me just made everything better. I’ve never had such good customer service, especially at a hotel chain. Thanks again!

This is a very nice hotel, and first I have to say, the morning breakfast staff is so very kind, and Entertaining. These ladies were Wonderful. Along with this, the rooms were comfortable, clean and inviting. I did like the lobby, along with the comfortable sitting area, which had a fireplace going. Convenient parking, and access in and out the doors.
To bad the weather was too cold for the pool. Sure we'll be back, it was only minutes to the Fairgrounds where the Dog Show was being held.

Been meaning to leave a positive review a while back, but kept on forgetting. I stayed at this Hotel with family at the end of May 2018. Despite all the bad reviews about this place my family and I actually very much enjoyed staying at this location. By the looks of the place the Hotel was recently renovated, everything looks new, clean and well kept. Free breakfast option is very convenient especially because there are not a whole lot of healthy restaurants around, mostly fast food so good morning breakfast kept us strong through the day until dinner time. Also, there are always cookies and hot beverages available in the evening when breakfast lounge is closed, and in the room there is a mini refrigerator so you can keep whatever leftovers until next meal time. Rooms are clean beds are comfortable with warm blankets and feather dawn pillows, cleaning service is good and fast. I liked everything about this place except one detail. The shower curtain is not plastic and made of thin fabric so allot of water drips through even though I tried to close all the corners. I found myself stepping in allot of puddles before I decided to place a ton of towels on the floor. We also had one issue with payment withdrawing 2 days prior to our arrival, but as soon as the issue was discovered, everything was resolved within a day. All the staff members were very nice and helpful. Thank you very much for wonderful services and yummy breakfast. I particularly enjoyed the liquid doe for self prepare waffles.

Really nice place, well kept except for a couple pop machines would say empty or wouldn't take dollar bills . Our room toilet kept runny. But those are small things. I would definitely come back here. Their breakfast bar and the woman who ran it did a great job .Give her a rase

Pets rooms are exceptional.. you walk in... u don't get weird smells or quimicos! Around the hotel very very clean!! Even the doggies area are super clear of poop!! I love it!!

I am an Episcopal Priest who had come to do an out of town funeral. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I found the front desk staff very helpful. In fact, I was pleased enough to arrange to extend my stay an extra day. The price was good as well

My in laws came from down from Ohio, they stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. The room was large enough for three grown men to share with out tripping over one another. Had a great continental breakfast. Hotel is beautifully decorated and my in laws felt right at home due to the staff. They were treated like family. Will recommend to anyone who asks for the best place to stay in Summerville. Thank you to all of the employees for making my family feel at home.

A wonderful place to stay. A clean and comfortable room. A wonderful breakfast with hot eggs, sausage, waffles, breads, cereals, yogurt, and fresh fruit. Great hospitality. A nice outdoor pool. If you have any accessibility issues, ask to stay on the first floor. We couldn’t find an elevator.

As a traveling food blogger, I am always on the road and this weekend I had to attend a Grand Opening near Summerville SC.and after careful research I stayed at the Country Inn and Suites and I am so glad I did. My room was extremely comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful and even with Covid 19, I felt safe that my room was clean and ready for me to enjoy. With me traveling over 4 hours it felt great to relax and get ready for my day!

Top of the line Customer Service. I travel here for business every other week and have decided to stay here after multiple hotel experiences. Out of all this one is superb.Not only is the staff very polite, they are understanding and patient and in a hotel business to me those are very rare to find. There is one lady their her name is Lauren and she is amazing at helping you at getting best room for best price. I definitely recommend this to any and all.
