Big store, plenty of choice and big selection in clearance. I always find what I'm looking for.

I got great help here and appreciate it a lot, it means a lot to me to see people working in a store that I need to go to to be able to buy supportive shoes that also look pretty good.

Very well organized. The prices are decent for Massachusetts.
Shoes were organized by women's and men's casual, fitness, and formal.
Disability parking available near entrance, and automatic doors.
I will say that being a part of a strip mall like this didn't allow for much parking specifically for DSW, and even though we got there just before closing on a Sunday, it was hard to find parking near the entrance because so many customers of the near by stores were parking near DSW.

Who doesn't LOVE shoes? Many locations MANY styles & if they don't have your size the WONDERFUL sales associates in EVERY DSW I've shopped in has offered to locate & have shipped to me. First & foremost, be a member. Cost NOTHING & many rewards!! Not just $$$ useful items that actually sell on Pulse etc. High Quality also!!

Hours need to be updated on Google as Google showed they were open until 8:30pm yesterday but they were closed when I got there at 7:25. All other interactions with DSW have been very positive.

This DSW has the best selection of shoes with a great staff to help you find just what you need! I highly recommend you shop this DSW if you are in the area.

They have a huge selection of shoes, boots, sneakers....you get the point. Just wish they had more of an extra wide selection for my tired pancake feet but I did find some at dsw.com.

I went a few days before Christmas. They didn't have the size shoe I was looking for, likely because it's a kids shoe a few days before christmas..... but took the time to find a store that had them, and put them on hold for me. Great customer service.

I scored three pairs of shoes and a bag for my mother in law. The girl at check out was very professional and polite. I earned points there and then and used them as well....(wink)

i had a sleeping toddler in the car and didn’t elect for curbside pickup wheni made my online but they let me use it and it was so helpful!

Super friendly staff. Very willing to help. The line goes very fast when there is one. Great selection of boots and shoes and a giant clearance section!

My wife loves DSW! she is hard to please when it comes to shoes and we were able to find exactly what she likes and get a great deal too! Very Happy!

What a selection of sandals....bought two pair and another really cute pair of dressy flats for now through Fall. Great prices on the brands I wear....couldn't be better.
