I have been receiving various services from Katie (owner) for close to a year now. From microchanneling to eye brow waxing and amazing facials. Katie goes above and beyond customizing each of my treatments to what my skin needs in that moment. She is very thorough in explaining what benefits I’m receiving from each product or treatment. I love how she genuinely cares about each of her clients and follows up to check how my skin is feeling, especially after each of my “fountain of youth” microchanneling treatments. *See photo below of microchanneling after just one treatment!

I recently started getting touch up Brazilian laser hair removal treatments from Katie. As I still had some stragglers lingering after I completed over 11 sessions at Ideal Image. I had a facial with Katie for the first time in over a decade! It was amazing! She was not only such a sweet person to laugh and chat with while enjoying the treatment but she also answered any questions I had with such great detail. She was so knowledgeable about everything and made me feel very comfortable. The facial was relaxing and I will definitely do more moving forward. I also got an Eyebrow waxing and they turned out great too! I highly recommend booking services here.

I am very particular when it comes to aestheticians. I’ve had some interesting experiences. I just receive my THIRD facial with Caitlin. So you know I did my due diligence before writing this review. I NEVER write reviews but Caitlin deserves it. Each experience has been amazing. The place is clean, beautiful and definitely worth the money. My facial each month is a splurge and just one small way I take care of myself so the experience is very important to me. A big part of this is TRUST. I feel confident and comfortable that she will do a good job and I always feel great and relaxed after my facial. Highly recommend.

I went for my first facial at The Body Boutique and it was wonderful! Katie, the owner, educated me on all their organic skincare products while also making the experience really relaxing and peaceful. It is very clean and they follow great COVID protocols. I felt very comfortable at all times and Katie did a tremendous job. One thing to note is that you get email reminders about your appointment, which is great! I'm not one for getting facials, but I can definitely say that this was an amazing and relaxing experience before my wedding. Well worth it and will definitely be going back in the near future!

Reposting this here since yelp hides reviews. I have been coming here for many years now and can truly say they are the best! The staff and atmosphere are so welcoming that you are put at ease rather quickly. Both Katie and Laurel are wonderful to work with. I never met an electrologist/aesthetician who is as attentive to detail then Katie. I have had various treatments with her and the level of skill and professionalism are unmatched! Katie is who i go to normally, which is why I nearly had a heart attack a year ago when she had her pregnancy leave. But rest-assured, that was when i was introduced to Laurel, she is equally as delightful, and skilled in electrology. I would highly recommend either one of them!

Best facial ever! It was so relaxing and the owner Katie explained each step. She helped me figure out a great routine for my skin. The enzyme facial was AMAZING! My skin was glowing! Highly recommend:)

Been going to the Body Boutique for facials and peels. A wonderful small business with some of the most friendly and knowledgeable staff, and they really pay attention to you and get to understand your needs. I've worked and Caitlyn and she's been doing a great job. They also have an clean and hygienic space. Overall, love it and they consistently delivery a great experience. Can't wait for my next appointment.

Katie and Laurel are amazing! The owner, Katie, is super focused on your needs and very patient with each client. The place is clean and top notch for electrolysis, waxing and facials. I have followed Katie from every location she was in! Thanks to her my eyebrows are impeccable and facial hair is almost gone! I've been visiting Katie for electrolysis and waxing since around 2011. She's great at what she does. I found her treatments gentler than what I've experienced in the past, and whatever she uses post-treatment seems to help the healing process along without making me break out. On top of everything, she's very easy to talk to and makes visits a joy. As she's changed locations and I've moved, I've remained a loyal client even when it's meant a bit of a drive. I think it's difficult to find someone this good. Her latest location is pristine. I've had appointments with Laurel and the occasional facial, which have also been great. Katie also carries some great products.

This review is way overdue from me and is a rarity in Bedford.

I have been a regular here for the electrolysis and have tried a facial (and will be booking another)! All the myths you heard about electrolysis are debunked here. I have a condition where I am harder to treat and I am of South Asian descent, but I have noticed a significant difference in my treated areas. And I really don't know why I believed all those Youtube videos about how painful electrolysis is. I have never experienced unbearable pain at this boutique, unlike when I started with laser treatments at other places. Never again!

In addition, I like all of the staff here. They are patient, well educated, and very sweet. Also Katie has created a safe space for all people who looking for that extra bit of confidence. She has a great selection of products and never drives high pressure sales, which has dissuaded me from other service companies.

A great relaxing break from useful day and I always have to book ahead because they get busy. :)

I have been going to Katie for 5 years and she is the absolute best! I have super difficult Asian eyebrows that grow like crazy and she is the only one who can make them look perfect. I've tried other places however none of them compare to Katie. She's increadibly precise, and even measures your eyebrows! Katie also does amazing facials that are so so relaxing. You can really tell how much she cares about her customers, she always gives her best. I strongly suggest Katie and the Body Boutique, they're both awesome!

I've been coming here for about a year for regular electrolysis appointments and I couldn't recommend it more. The spa is extremely clean and professional; all staff are very welcoming. I get treatments done by Valentina and she is so lovely. She makes me feel very comfortable and reassured by her knowledge and expertise.
