the two young gentlemen who checked me out were so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. though i did not chose to sign up for a rewards- they were very informative and knowledgeable about the savings! they even helped direct me to a store closer to my home town!
i didn't get their names, but they made the experience 5 stars worthy- id definitely shop this location again!

I prefer this location in Bedford as I feel that they're not as poked and pawed through as some of the other locations.. the store was neat and orderly and had so many things at really great prices.. I am in physical therapy as I had broken my arm at the end of November.. I was recommended a 3 lb & 5 lb weight for my OT.. and I was pleasantly surprised that they had exactly what I needed.. plus much more! A great array of gardening needs and seeds! Staff is super friendly and you could spend a couple hours there easily!

I came in for a 5 tiered shelf, but then box was a bit heavy for my bad back. Garrett, the service associate graciously offered to help me bring it to the register. Then he had me pull my car up so he could put it in my car. He would not accept a tip for his trouble. His empathy, kindness, and genuine desire to help people could not go unrecognized. I don’t live in the area, but I gladly come here for the deals and the wonderful workers. Thank you, Garrett for saving my back today!! Ps. He should get a raise for going above and beyond.

I purchased carpet from here on Black Friday sale the manager was very helpful taking out the carpet for us and carrying it to the register. The employee at the register was also helpful getting cart so we can take the carpet to our car. Great prices and great customer service.

Our boiler broke down and we needed a portable heater, pronto, on the coldest day of the winter so far! Laurie was very helpful in securing one of the very few left for us. Much appreciated!--Ron

A nice store where sometimes one can find pretty good and inexpensive things. For instance, closer to winter they start selling nice leather gloves, which are $8 these days (used to be $6 a few years ago). Also, some interesting food stuff like glass jars with marinated mushrooms or red peppers from Europe.
Of course, one store may differ a bit from another.

Ocean State Job Lots.may be my new favorite store. If you are old enough to remember Building 19. They do the same type of seals except the stores areclean, organized and they don't smell as the Old Building 19 did. There Crazy Deals for Insiders are near. If you buy them you get a gift card for a significant % or sometimes all of the purchase price. Check it out. Well worth the trip. Still the best deals in town

I’ve never shopped in a store which the staff are so friendly, warm, patient and helpful! I was greeted and asked several times when I was in the store. The cashier was great. It made me feel really good about the shopping experience. The price of the merchandise is a plus!

Great bargains on many items. And generally low prices on everything else as well. Good place to find spices reasonably priced as well as a very complete selection of Bob's Red Mill products.

I’m a new costumer but I’ll definitely returning, great deal and very helpful and friendly staff . I was “lost “at the first time and Michelle (I think that was her name )with brown hair and glasses helped me out . She was absolutely amazing !

This store just makes my world happier! It has stuff you need, great rugs, and the nicest people. And they take Apple Pay -- well before many fancy, cutting-edge retailers. GO OSJL!

This is a great place for good deals on certain things. You can't be sure of what they will have at any particular time, but it's worth it to check out their website or their print ads. I mostly get various yard supplies and other seasonal items here.

Wicked fun store, never know what you are going to find,but buy it if you find it as it changes often. Always great prices, in this clean large Bedford store. Plenty of parking and always enough cashiers to get you on your way.

Cheap stuff! Nice variety of snacky treats, I did some Christmas stocking stuffer shopping here, good choices.

Great place, they had what I was looking for from the ad and plus some extra stuff that I probably didn't need but got anyway. A little messy, only due to having alot of stuff in stock

This place is awesome. I am not sure how crazy deals work from a business standpoint but they are awesome.
