GENROSE Stone and Tile | Burlington MA

I haven't had to redo my bathroom in twenty years, and in twenty years, I have never had to order material for a contractor. It was stressful! Genrose Stone was recommended, and I reached out to Meghan Thomas, a design consultant at the Burlington location. She was knowledgeable, answered my email immediately, and made the process painless for me. Meghan helped me to schedule a delivery date that was very convenient, and one that would allow the merchandise to arrive in time for my contractor's needs. I hope that I do not have to wait another twenty years to be able to do business with Meghan and Genrose Stone and Tile again!

A last minute decision to check out a specific tile at Genrose Stone & Tile proved to be just what we wanted. The showroom was well laid out and Meghan was extremely helpful. Other staff were very also very easy to work with. We will certainly be back for our next project!

Wonderful experience working with Meghan! I took home a million tile samples but found tile at a different shop that I decided to go with. Meghan was able to source this other tile and beat the price of the other shop! She and the staff at GenRose Burlington were absolute pleasures to work with from start to finish. Such amazing helpful people! We were short by 2 tiles on a project and Bob helped us by calling around to all their locations and tracked down 4 sample tiles for us at no charge. Really saved us in a pinch and we are so thankful for that! Will definitely be using them for future tiling projects.

Sonja was extremely helpful in assisting us in choosing what tile style was appropriate for my son's newly remodeled kitchen. She was extremely patient and knows her business. The ordering process was seamless and all items arrived on time and as stated. I highly recommend Genrose Stone and Tile.

I purchased Genrose brand tiles from another tile shop and found out I was missing half a tile from completing the job. The project was already delayed and I had an unhappy contractor and wife on a Saturday morning, as the tile shop had said another order wouldn't be available until Wed at the earliest. This would've essentially set us back another week. In a panic I Googled Genrose and found that they had shops in the Boston area. I called and talked to Sonja, who right from hello was incredibly sweet and eager to help. I explained to her my situation and she also said no shipment until Wed or I could drive from Boston to their Connecticut warehouse. I thanked her for explaining the second option and was pondering if I was going to be able to drive all the way down there and if my contractor was willing to wait. I think most people would've just said sorry and went on with their day, but Sonja went digging in the backroom and was able to find a sample of the same tile. About 15 mins later she called me back via caller ID and told me she had found a sample and could sell it to me at a discount since it was lightly scuffed. Instead of having to buy an entire box of tiles, I was able to buy the one tile she found. She also saved me 4 hours of driving, a few extra days to my project and an angry wife. THANK YOU SONJA, you are a life saver!!! All my future tiling and flooring needs will go to Genrose in Burlington because it's clear they will go the extra mile, unprompted. Thank you again!
