Cappella Restaurant

Last night was our first time at Capella. It was packed and lively. We did have to wait a bit too long to be seated but the food was worth the wait. The meatball appetizer was a perfect was to begin. The gem salad had anchovies which I loved. The chicken parm was delicious. The salmon was grilled and just how I like it. My friend the the bronzino which he enjoyed. Two others had the bolognese which they both loved! So we will certainly be back!!

My first time at Cappella and I really liked it! The restaurant and bar were both busy and vibrant. My Manhattan was a perfect start to the meal. The meatball appetizer was yummy. The Gem Salad (like. Caesar) was delicious. My Tagliatelle Bolognese was great. I tried the Branzino, Salmon and Chicken Parm and they were all delicious. Great Italian spot in restaurant Rich Needham.

This was my first time to Capella's and I loved the atmosphere! What a cute spot and the decor was perfect. We started off with the Meatballs, Burrata and Brussel Sprouts & Aged Parmesan with Balsamic. Both were delicious but the Burrata & Brussels dish was my favorite starter. I wish I could have tried the Arancini but the menu was different than what I had viewed online.

For my entree I ordered the Rigatoni Vodka with Ricotta Gnocchi instead and it was delicious! I loved the additional of the peas and onions but the sauce had an amazing spice to it! My coworker got the Truffle Cheese Wheel Pasta and it was delicious! Very rich bit definitely a must try! For dessert we had the Canollis (3 to and order) which were non-traditional. I enjoyed the shell more than the citrus cream filling.

The menu was wonderful with tons of variety. Next time I will be trying the salmon! The service was awesome but sporadic once they got busy. The runners/bussers ended up servicing our check and retrieve it once payment was in place. Loved the teamwork and the overall experience was great! The gluten free pasta options were incredible also!!

WOW! I felt like I was on a trip to Italy. The difference fresh pasta makes certainly can’t be duplicated. Cappella has once again hit the spot time and time again. The dishes are always cooked perfectly and the service is always spectacular. I look forward to every dinner I have here!

First time visiting Cappella last night and walked away impressed. This is a hidden gem that I have driven by 100 times and never tried before. The waitress we had was outstanding with amazing suggestions. This in my opinion was some of the best Italian food outside of the north end. We had the Bolognese, Meatballs, Arancini's, Burrata. We will be going back!

I’m live on the north shore and finally made it down to Capella. Shame on me for waiting so long. It was worth the drive! If you don’t like driving but are ever in the area, make it a point to stop in. If you live in that area and haven’t been.. GO! The rigatoni with vodka sauce is fantastic and the Chicken parm is one of the best. I can’t wait to go back and try the lobster fusilli dish. The owner/chef Rob is on the floor in the kitchen at all times overseeing each order. His team and staff are top notch. Highly recommend!

We were visiting from out of town and just happen to find the beauty while searching for dinner and we are so glad we did. Our lives are now forever changed. Not only is the pricing really fair for the quality but the dishes were exquisite. We got the kids meatball and pasta, the gnocchi and the black truffle wheel pasta. Let me start off with the gnocchi, it was really good, fluffy and puffy and melt and in your mouth. The kids meatball and pasta was by the best kids meal we’ve ever had at any restaurant we’ve been too and I mean every single one. Now on the star of the show. The Black Truffle wheel pasta is brought to the table and mixed in a cheese wheel. Never in my life have I eaten something so complex in flavor, I felt like a kid at Willy Wonka’s and instead of eating candy that was a 5 course dinner I was eating the Italian pasta version instead. When you first bite into the creamy wheel your tastebuds and enthralled with the earthy, nutty burst of black truffle, this is followed up by a smooth Parmesan cheese following by a caressing of butter on the back of your tongue as you finish the one bite. Usually this Nirvana ends after the first bite. But for this dish it was like this with every piece of pasta. My wife and I will cherish this meal for the rest of our lives!!!

One of the best steaks I have ever eaten. Cooked perfectly with excellent flavor. The entire meal was excellent! Worth the cost.

Every meal every bite is a dish worth driving to as the Phantom would say. The quality in the cooking and local sourced foods show in the flavor and food presentation. The atmosphere sets a unique mood that complements the spectacular menu. If you have not dined here you haven't dined yet.

Went with my grandma last night and the food and service was so yummy! Super comfortable and portions were huge! Very well done italian. We’ll be back. Might be our new fave in Needham! Thank you!

So tonight I took an unexpected trip to Cappella Restaurant in Needham..First time here and I was blown away by the Food, Service and Atmosphere...Meatball Appetizer was phenomenal and the Bolognese was equally delicious..Everything here is Homemade including the Tiramisu..Espresso with Sambuca to finish and I'm one happy Camper..When in the Needham area this restaurant is a must try for sure 👍👍👍👍👍

The food and service here are absolutely outstanding! I can't help but feel overjoyed by how delicious the dishes are and how attentive the staff is. It's truly a delightful experience to savor such amazing food while being treated so well. I can't recommend this place enough!

Great atmosphere, awesome drinks, unbelievable food. Rob is a master mind when it comes to his dishes. All of his staff were very nice and friendly. A Must go to!

Service was a little wacky. The server didn't seem to have any familiarity with the menu, didn't ask us how we'd like our ribeye cooked, and the food came out WAY too quickly (leisurely meal for 2 with cocktails, appetizers, and entrees completed in 46 minutes!).

But the food was excellent all around. Burrata and brussel sprouts strong. Chopped salad was delicious - love the vinaigrette. Truffle wheel cacio e pepe was decadent, with the homemade pasta offering a beautiful bite. And the pork chop with the vinegar peppers was excellent also.

Come for the food, stay for the food and you will not be disappointed.

Best Italian food I’ve had in the area. Hands down….and I have had a lot.
