Helpful and informative. Had a recall completed and these guys answered every question we had.

When you go in for a service at a dealership, you expect them to be experts. Instead, I was charged an exorbitant fee for basic tasks, and given factually incorrect information twice. I will go elsewhere for future service.

First, they charge you $300/hr PER TASK, with an hour-minimum charge per task. This means you will see at least a $300 bill for any task, regardless of if they looked at it for 10 minutes, didn't finish the job because of their own incompetence, and had to pick it back up again.

Second, they are factually incorrect and not knowledgeable. I was quoted $300 to diagnose an issue with my 2016 van siren. They told me that "I didn't have a siren" which was not true (I produced the service manual which proved otherwise). They then tried to charge me $2,500 to replace a unit that would not fix the root cause of the issue. I told them to unplug the siren unit. They told me that wasn't possible (again, I produced the service manual which explicitly showed this was possible).

Made an appointment with service department to have a couple issues with my van looked at/repaired. I told the person I made the appointment of my needs and tight timeframe. They told me that wouldn’t be an issue. Arrived at the service department on time and was immediately greeted by a service rep. It didn’t take but a couple minutes once I explained the issues with my vehicle till the service rep seemed irritated and told me how they do things in a condescending demeanor. I was treated as though I didn’t know what I was talking about. I reminded him of my timeframe and he informed me that it was unlikely that it would be ready by then. Mind you I’m taking about a three day turnaround. He then quoted me for a brake job that I requested and gave me a number that was twice as much as I was quoted over the phone while making the appointment. Shiny floors and complimentary coffee doesn’t make up for rude and horrible service. They didn’t seem to care if my vehicle got fixed. Do yourself a favor and support your local mechanic shop and don’t give your money to these people. Your just another Cog in the machine to them.

Keith has to be one of the best Sprinter salesman ever. Unfortunately, the service department staff is terrible. Extremely unhelpful when you have problems. I recommend buying a van from them and having it serviced in Lynnwood.

Also note, parts department has a 20% restocking fee on returns.
