We couldn’t be happier with the results of our drywall rebuild project with Queen Anne Painting and Carpentry—specifically with Edwin’s meticulous and beautiful work! We had water damage that took out some walls and ceiling in our utility and linen closets as well as the adjacent hallway. Edwin did a fantastic job with every aspect of our project from the drywall, to insulation, to painting and carpentry to reinstall the closet shelving. The walls look even better than they did originally. Edwin went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and it shows! He clearly communicated where he was in the project and what to expect the following day. And the project was finished right on time. Overall, working with this company was a very positive experience and we absolutely recommend them for high quality work and top notch people!

If I could give more than five stars to the Queen Ann Painting and Carpentry crew, I would! They were outstanding in every aspect of our project. Cory as the PM was outstanding with communication, scheduling and pricing. And José and the rest of the team on site couldn’t have been better. The quality of their work was excellent, and they stayed late into the evening a few nights to wrap it all up on time. Punchlist was minimal, and they happily fixed the few, very minor, things we noticed. Thanks so much. The place looks fabulous!

Alejandro is the best. Ray is also great. After a bumpy start with other Queen Anne employees, these guys turned my varnishing project around and made my wood a piece of art. It is very beautiful and I am very happy with the end project!

These folks did a great job installing new baseboard in our laundry room and touching up peeling paint throughout our apartment. Francisco did excellent work installing the baseboard. Brian went above and beyond in touching up the paint everywhere that needed it, including spots that I'd forgotten to point out to him. We're really happy with the results and we'll definitely use them again!

We were delighted by Brian and Rafael who painted the two bathrooms in our 1909 four square house in Ballard. The results were simply beautiful! They were extremely dedicated and meticulous in their work, always on time, and completely trustworthy as well as being unfailingly polite. We would recommend them to anyone desiring a high quality painting job.

Had a wonderful experience working with Queen Anne Painting. We needed to have the interior walls of our house repainted. Vita was extremely professional and timely with regards to the initial consultation/quote. They ended up offering the most reasonable price compared to the other companies we were getting quotes from. The painting crew led by Yeferson Oliva did a fantastic job patching up numerous holes in the walls and made the walls look brand new! He was professional and communicative and gave me periodic updates on the progress of our project. The project was completed on time as expected. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Bruce and QA Painting did such an excellent job freshening up our bathroom. This has to be our fifth project with QA Painting and we were impressed once again. The texture and color were awful beforehand, and Bruce took a lot of care skim coating, sanding, and painting the bathroom to perfection. It looks excellent and is such an upgrade. I really appreciated Bruce’s professionalism - on time, clean, and a great craftsman. Thank you!

QA Painting did an amazing job painting our interior of our traditional Laurelhurst home. They were very professional, showed up on time every day and did high quality work, from prep to finish. We would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. Our lead on the job, Jon was particularly outstanding throughout the process.

Jose repaired the drywall throughout our house after a whole house plumbing repipe. The drywall now looks seamless, with texture to match the rest of the rooms. Also, Brendan added framing for two walls that needed repair. Really beautiful work. I highly recommend them.

We have just had Queen Anne Painting paint the exterior and selected locations of the interior of our home. The work was exceptionally well done and we are very pleased with the results. Edwin and Rafael have been wonderful to work with. They have exceeded our expectations in every way: quality, care, color matching, preparation, and cleanup. After having our 1930’s house re-wired we hired QA Painting and Carpentry to repair the numerous areas in the walls and ceiling where drywall and plaster had been removed. Luis did an excellent job repairing the areas including matching many different, interesting wall textures. The work was completed efficiently and our home and furniture was well-protected during the process. Our house was cleaned after each work day, which made living in a work zone tolerable. Communication was great and I always knew what the next steps were.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Queen Anne Painting and Carpentry (this job mainly focused on painting), and our experience was nothing short of outstanding.
