Half & Half

We visited for Saturday brunch, food was great, we tried Pan cake, savory waffle, French toast and quesadillas. Everything was spot on. Owners were great to interact and helpful. Definitely recommended.

Great little spot for breakfast and lunch! The friendly staff, delicious food, and welcoming atmosphere make this a top spot for locals and visitors alike! Isaac and his staff go the extra mile to make sure everyone’s tummy is happy . . . Just listen to all the bell ringing as satisfied customers ring the bell that hangs near the door with a sign that says “Ring if your tummy is happy!” We enjoyed an omelette from the Omelette Bar, French toast, and a hearty Philly cheesesteak. Be sure to say hello to Mr. Richard. He’s a regular who’s earned his own stool at the counter where he enjoys singing the praises of Isaac and his staff. Check out Mr. Richard’s poem about the Half & Half that proudly hangs in the entryway. Definitely worth a visit to this little gem! Thank you Isaac!

A pleasant mix of Cafe and diner with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The owner and staff are friendly and the service is quick. The food is both delicious and a treat for the eyes. The chef clearly takes pride in both the appearance and the taste of the meals. All around, one couldn't ask for a better place to grab breakfast or lunch.

I just went here for the first time and it was the best breakfast experience I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was very comforting and warm. The food was amazing. I got the eggs Benedict and tried the corned beef hash, and they were some of the best I’ve ever eaten. They also have really tasty flavored butter that they make in house and they sell it to go. The service was also amazing and me and my friends were warmly welcomed by Isaac and the staff. It’s clear to me that they take customer service and tasty food seriously here. Definitely the best breakfast place I’ve been to and I would highly recommend everyone check it out.

Half&Half is one of those feel good cafe style brunch places that make you feel warm and comforted. I was hesitant to write a review for the simple fact i don’t want others to come take my new brunch spot. Its a guilty pleasure of mine now and it seems my girlfriend feels the same way. The food was good and the service was excellent. Filled my coffee almost instantly and made sure to give my one year old son the best experience possible. They even gave him his own charcuterie board of all his favorite fruits . My girlfriend and I had the Omelette Live Bar Option. This was an option where i was given a slip of paper with all the ingredients i wanted in the omelette could be checked off. We did this and almost instantly one of the workers started cooking the omelette right in front of us !!. So cool. What topped it off was that it was only 55$😳. I would say this is one the best places ive been too hands down.

This is a horrible place to catch up with out of town friends...

Because every amazing bite of the food forces you to silence, to savoring each flavor and spice. You can't think of anything else apart from the taste. Even the crumbs left on the table that I of course didn't stick in my mouth...

The care and excitement for the food is admirable, you can tell everything is handmade and thoughtful. I was very lucky to be a guinea pig for one of their menu experiements; maybe it will be called "Toasted Apples Delight" and maybe one day you'll be able to try it too one day. ;)

Great food , the coffee is so strong and stubborn like me 😂. Don’t hesitate to stop by.
We had the avocado toast and the rancheros breakfast tacos.

First time visiting half and half , and 10/10 excellent. I ordered the oatmeal, which was cooked perfect . It was nice light with a creamy texture. It had some dates /raisins on top . Nice and light to taste, wasn't to heavy either. I also had organic Grey tea.
My husband had chocolate chip pancakes with a side of Hershey butter.
Absolutely delisheous, , fluffy ,not too heavy , just perfect 👌. Hershey butter is the best and works beautifully with the pancakes.
Everyone was wonderful, highly recommended Half and Half.

Perfect combo of delicious, beautifully plated food, fast friendly service and reasonable prices! I adored my breakfast of avocado toast with egg - a tasty work of art! The omelet bar is fun - got to see the chef preparing a perfect ham & cheese omelet. They have hash browns! Easy parking on Main Street. Worth the drive!

I am from Dallas, and was driving up to Canada. My pit stop for tonight was Reading, and my friend suggested this place and that they just opened up for dinner. And it was pleasantly surprised with the menu! I had the ‘Jack Chicken Wings with Garlic Parmesan dip’! Loved it! And the vibe is fun and laid back! Will definitely recommend to everyone to try this new menu!

Located in downtown Reading, this is a nice breakfast place.Loved the avocado toast, though the cappuccino was just okay.

Amazing breakfast! Huevos rancheros were delicious with perfectly crisp tortillas. Fresh-squeezed OJ and fruit bowl were also fantastic. My husband had the golden waffle which came with fruit and a tasty banana + sea salt butter. The owner Isaac told us the butter changes weekly. Mimosas and bloody marys are available after 12 PM on weekends. We're looking forward to trying the omelette bar next time.

Hands down the best place for Avocado Toast and Savoury Waffle! This cute place popped out of nowhere and is winning hearts from people across the Greater Boston Area! The owners who work in the restaurant are super friendly and make it feel like you always did belong here! If you are in Greater Boston Area, this place is a MUST TRY! As a Vegetarian, I would recommend Savoury Waffle, Avocado Toast and Lava Sundae! This place also has an omelet bar which lets you customise and pick topping, will try that next time I’m there! 💯

Best gluten free dining experience ever! I’ve been gluten-free since 2019, this is the first time I’ve been to a diner and felt relief because I could order anything on the menu. I convinced my family to order all gluten free so I could try everything; we ordered the savory waffle, huevos rancheros, and a Belgian waffle, it was all superb. The atmosphere was nice and the waitstaff were super kind and attentive, we were greeted with a cup of coffee upon arrival and immediately felt at home. Thank you Half & Half, we will be back!

Reading is a great town with lots of so-so restaurants all offering more or less the same bland options. The food selection here is more unique with each dish offering tons of great flavor. Portions are just right and the staff and service is top notch. A win for Reading.

Classic small town diner with exceptional food. The owners, Sean and Isaac, are always there making sure the place is run well and are some of the nicest guys around. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Amazing place with great stuff and outstanding food !!!! We got the fruit crepe and avocado toast and everything tasted so good, probably one of the best breakfast places I’ve ever been to. I am a tea lover and there masala tea was the best I’ve had in the US. Favorite place

Such a nice restaurant . First time there ,staff is friendly and the service is great . Tried the chocolate chip pancakes and they had a cocoa flavored butter on the pancakes,excellent ! My wife had thr oatmeal ,she said it was best oatmeal she ever had. Go there and you won't be disappointed!

This place seemed to pop up out of nowhere, so I figured, as a breakfast lover, I’d pop in. I had only been to Fusion Café once but the bright, fresh remodel was almost as welcoming as the owner, who was personally seating and serving everyone. They have an omelette bar set up and I ordered a custom one, which was promptly delivered to me along with potatoes. Both were excellent, fresh, big, and perfectly cooked. Owner offered side of meat, toast, and fresh juice but I was more than full with this and the coffee. There’s also a written menu but since I got the omelette I didn’t get a peek. What a great start and addition to Main Street. I can’t wait to come back.
