I have been using this pharmacy for a year, it’s been OK but on Sunday I need an urgent prescribed medication and the pharmacists “Sami” was super helpful and quick in helping me

It is always wonderful to visit walgreen for health products. Supplements,cough syrups,basic equipments and others.

Friendly staff. Ample parking

Worst management ever! And worst customer service ever! EVERY ONE NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND NEW EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE BROUGHT IN, PHARMACY AND STAFF ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!

I went to my neighborhood Walgreens in Reading. My friend and I purchased almost $100 in products. We were each checking out in different lanes (the two that were open). When cashier hit a snag she stated loudly that there was a line forming. Don't think this was necessary as we were not doing anything wrong; we were merely checking out and making sure the prices rang up properly. Unfortunately this type of negative behavior is the usual for this female employee.

When calling - they rarely ever pick up the phone - 10 minute wait times or more. Very polite, but ineffective and communication is very poor in this day and age with the ability of text, Robinson-call and email. My 3rd visit and hopefully resolved, but unimpressive with the Walgreens transfer. Hopefully the bugs will be worked out soon...

I dont really post negativity but the management is not good. They won't pick up calls either

The pharmacy has gone downhill recently. They won’t automatically refill your prescriptions. You have to call every time and ask. The male pharmacist who is normally there during the day is aggressive and seems to be looking to have an angry interaction with the customers. They lose prescriptions and then put it on you to rectify their mistake. I’m changing pharmacies. Thought I would give them a few chances and today was the last straw.

Sadly, this pharmacy has moved to a fill and "ship to the store" policy and most prescriptions take 1-4 days to fill. If you don't mind the wait the folks here are nice, but the company appears to want to lose customers. I'm changing pharmacies. Sorry Walgreens!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my forty years. They never fill my monthly prescription on time and I have to prompt them at least twice to do it.... every time. When I call them out on it, they get rude, real rude and tell me to go somewhere else. My insurance has locked me into Walgreen's because, well you know how insurance is in this country, so without driving out of my way this is my only option. The last time I came in they threatened to call the police because I challenged them to which two other customers supported my position. They are completely incompetent at their jobs and deserve to be in an unemployment line rather than be responsible for people's well being. Atrocious.

Check all of your scripts bf you take from this place. Lots of mistakes in a business where mistakes are unacceptable and could be deadly.

Completely rude management. I would seriously avoid this location. I’ve gone there a couple of times and they seem miserable and angry. Not a good look for Walgreens, because of this joke of a location I no longer will give my business to Walgreens.

Called on 2/3 at 1:00 to ask if they had easter stuff out yet. The associate said “I don’t know come take a look” and hung up before I could say anything else. So rude for no reason.

This is the worst Walgreens in the country. NEVER give this place your business
