One of the BEST things about living at Avalon is the maintenance team. Response times are quick. Work is done well. The gentlemen on staff are kind and friendly.
I just had a light switch rewired by Alex. Sergio replaced the bulbs in the light itself. 15 minutes and everything was working again.
I've been living here 10 years and have always had excellent service. No matter what the issue, maintenance has been helpful in getting it working again quickly.

Sergio did a fantastic job. He changed the garbage disposal which was broken. He was fast and very professional. Alex was also there to cheer him on to make sure the job was done very well. I appreciate their teamwork. I enjoy my home at Avalon Natick. I recommend Avalon Natick as a great place to live for all.

I was having difficulties with my washer and my garbage disposal. Sergio arrived promptly after I placed my request for service in the resident app. He fixed my garbage disposal in less than 5 minutes!
Sergio worked on my washer but initially couldn’t get it to start. He told us he would get us another one quickly. Then Alex came and together they got it working again!
It was excellent service!

Want to Thank "Tara and Ashley" at the leasing office for the great support and warm welcome during our check-in and this place is pleasant to stay and have everything nearby, reminds me of why we choose brand Avalon again. Also the maintenance team (Sergio and Alex) are very friendly and swift with their services. Got a good Resident App for all needs.

We have had a fantastic experience at Avalon Natick, and Tara and Ashley made the move here easy and flexible with short notice for the move-in! We moved into a beautiful, furnished apartment for a few months as we await the completion of a new house, and we love the space. It is comfortable, quiet, and spectacularly convenient to the Cochituate State Park and the Cochituate Rail Trail. Additionally, the location is ideal for commuting to the Mass Pike and Natick shopping. We love it here and highly recommend Avalon Natick to anyone wanting to be in this area.

Lived here since 2021. Good location, easy to get to Boston from here. Sergio and Alex of maintenance are extremely trustworthy and efficient and have helped me numerous times I never have to wait long for any maintenance issue.

My family and I moved to Avalon Natick two months ago, and it has been a great experience. School bus stops across from main entrance of the building so it makes it so easy for my daughter.
Maintenance and office staff are great always willing to help on anything.
We are very happy to call Avalon Natick our home.

The maintenance at Avalon is amazing. Whenever I have had an issue, they have been prompt to respond, kind and helpful.
They recently replaced my counter top. What I thought was going to be a noisy, lengthy and dirty job took about an hour, was fairly quite and the place was totally clean when they left.

5 star to the Avalon Natick office. I lost my belongings and kept looking for them for 5 days till I stopped by and asked the front desk of Avalon Natick. They well kept my belonging and returned them to me. I would like give a huge thank you to Avalon Natick office stuff.

I have been living at Avalon Natick for a few years now and I am very happy with my choice. The apartments are spacious, modern, and well-equipped. The location is convenient for commuting and shopping, and the amenities are great. The staff are awesome and accommodating. They helped me resolve an issue with a noisy neighbor’s dog. They identified the dog and communicated with the owner politely and effectively. After that, I never heard the dog bark again. Thanks Avalon Team for your professionalism and kindness! I highly recommend Avalon Natick to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.

Sergio the maintenance guy came out after hours, he arrived in less than 15 minutes & resolved the issue in 10 minutes… very nice young man and very professional. Thank You Sergio and Avalon!

We have been living in the Avalon Apartments for the last six years. It's been a terrific experience. The office staff makes every effort to make sure the entire complex is run well with concerns resolved quickly. In addition, the office staff arranges lots of terrific activities for the residents year 'round.
There's an annual cookout/BBQ Pool Party. There's candy at Halloween and a small gathering for the kids in the office. The winter holidays see a cocktail party.
This year, to maintain social distancing, we were treated to burgers and chicken from Bourbon's food truck - delicious!
The maintenance staff is the B E S T. I have never had to wait for service and problems have been dealt with not only swiftly, but with a fantastic attitude.
The location is perfect - within walking distance to the Natick Mall (and Wegman's) and within minutes drive to plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment. We're located between Route 9 and Route 30 and are about 2 minutes from the Mass Pike entrance. Downtown Natick is a short 8 minute drive.
We can chose Roche Bros, Wegman's, Stop & Shop, Whole Foods, Donnelan's or Aldi's for groceries, all within either walking distance or a quick drive.
There are a whole lot of restaurants close by as well. From Zaftig's to Olive Garden, there's a variety of cuisines (Thai, Italian, American Bistro, Pub Style, Steak House, Chinese, Indian, Vegan, fast food and more) to chose from all very close to the complex.
There's a Target and WalMart as well as a Christmas Tree Shoppe as well as several strip malls and one large Natick Mall within two miles.
One of the best things about Avalon is the view from the back of Building #5....you can see Cochichuate State Park and the Rail Trail runs along side the complex.
The building is concrete, which means the noise factor is diminished greatly. Most of the time, I'm not even aware I have neighbors.
However, considering it's an apartment complex, the neighbors are actually very friendly with each other. If you want, it's easy to meet and be friendly with the folks in the building. But no one will intrude either.
I do recommend the Avalon Apartments. I've enjoyed my experience here.

We had a very good experience at Avalon Natick during our six-month need for temporary living quarters. The experience we had was beyond our expectations.

We were in need of a temporary spot due to delays in a planned move. The management team at Avalon was very helpful and flexible in arranging a move-in date that corresponded closely with our housing needs which was much appreciated. As a resident, we were very comfortable living at Avalon. All the staff were friendly and helpful and very responsive, particularly the maintenance staff who we requested on several occasions. In each instance, the maintenance requests were handled promptly and the issues (all minor things) were taken care of on the same day.

The building and floor we occupied were very quiet during the day and night and other building occupants were friendly and respectful.

Due to some unforeseen issues, we needed to extend the lease on short notice for at least several months. Again, the management team at Avalon was very helpful and flexible. They were not only quick to recognize the unplanned situation we encountered but also were flexible to extend the existing lease on reasonable terms. We very much appreciated their help.

Gym, pool and grilling areas were all well maintained, clean and supervised and enjoyable to use.

Overall, a very positive experience. Kudos to the management team for doing a great job.

The maintenance staff Shamier is a stellar when it comes to an emergency maintenance request in the late night! He was nice, came in promptly and fixed the issue quickly. Other non-emergency requests had also been properly taken care of.

This apartment complex has a lot going for it.

The buildings themselves are high quality, with solid flooring and solid sound insulation. In general, everything is top notch.

The maintenance is also exceptionally good: everything is always clean and well maintained. And the two maintenance staff are awesome – always super friendly and super helpful.

Also, the bike trail right out back is great. When we moved in, I thought it would quickly get boring (I've lived on other bike paths), but I was wrong. It's beautiful when you walk southeast, and it's always slightly changing because of the vegetation / water / birds / rabbits / groundhogs.

There are of course some negatives, but they are relatively minor. One is that recently Avalon started implementing a policy where office staff are absent, and if you call, you always get a recording to leave a message. For the cost of apartments like these, this is not acceptable. Another is that Natick is not the most interesting city, especially if you like to go out for food / drinks – but you probably know that already.
