The quality of tools has improved tremendously over the last few years and their warranty works well if you are a member of their club. I replaced several items without a receipt no issues.

If any part of your harbor freight gets broken, I would head here first, because it's the only place you'll need to go to get tools to fix it. You know what they say: "If your harbor freight ain't broken, don't fix it. But if it is, head on down to your local harbor freight tools to get everything you need to fix it, along with an air compressor and a table saw if you want". I had a broken harbor freight. I went here, bought exactly 7 tools and a Diet Pepsi, went back to the harbor, and had my harbor freight fixed in less than two hours - all for a cost of less than a quarter of what it would have cost to hire a harbor freight repair contractor. Nice clean store. Great inventory and stock of what you would expect at this store. Location is convenient and there is plenty of free parking available. Nice variety of stores around the area as well.

Was able to find what I wanted at a great price. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help me fit my purchased goods in my car including strapping a few items on the roof rack even though it was cold outside.

I bought a nail gun like 3 months ago and I was too lazy to bring it back cuz it never work right by didn't have the time to get there , but when I did get there they replaced it no questions asked. I didn't have a receipt but it was on my member information that I did purchase it I was within my 3 months which I didn't even know about. Harbor freight is one of my favorite stores ever..

This place is an entire store of home improvement tools that are on clearance or special price. You can be guaranteed to get the best price when you walk in. Quality doesn't seem to suffer from prices either. Only minor complaint is they seem understaffed but who isn't these days and it doesn't really affect the experience

Surprising the many unique tools they have

A little small than it used to be, but still have everything my in-laws need for lawn and home repairs.. including generator and solar panels.

I interacted with 5 different employees, all of whom were helpful and polite. I have made several purchases here over the years. There are some tools I would avoid, some are a great deal.

They have liquidation sales of discontinued items or items that are being replaced by newer models. That's how I got great deal on my new lathe.

This place has excellent staff which always welcome you and assist you. So far my experience with their products are satisfactory and prices are very reasonable. You need to wait for coupons to save big. This is my first choice for tools shopping.

It's fun to buy tools so inexpensively, and free batteries or other gifts make it neat. I bought a floor jack to replace one I bought for a lot more. I also bought a motorcycle stand for short money. The bike stands up. It doesn't have to do more than that! I don't understand the parking lot sales though.

Probably the best store for home improvement tools. Prices are very reasonable, staff is friendly and lot of parking space.

Great place for tolls that aren't going to see heavy usage. There are also some hidden gems, like the table top belt and disk sander! Works just as well as the big brands but is more than half the cost.

Had to get a lug wrench for my car wheels. Salesperson asked if he could help me. He showed me both a lug wrench and a breaker bar. I hadn't thought of a breaker bar - I ended up buying that! Good customer service.

Harbor Freight is Awesome!! If you need tools check Harbor Freight first! They have a huge selection. The quality of the tools is fantastic plus you'll save a ton of $$$$$. What more could you ask for?
