Had a wonderful shopping experience with Corinne. Went after my aunt told me about a great recent experience with Penelope. After having someone recommend pieces based on my style/size/preferences this is the only way I want to shop :)

My fiancé and I had wonderful service today at the shoe department with Christine. Highly recommend finding her when you’re in the shoe dept. She is very friendly and assisted us all the way through check-out.

I had the great pleasure of working with Figen today at then Dior counter. Let me tell you this lady has the best personality ever, she is NOT pushy, she was very honest about all the makeup I tried and was incredibly patient with my mom and myself who are very indecisive. What a gem to have in an era in which great customer service is a rarity. You made our day!

The customer service is here is amazing, every time I’ve gone they are so helpful and make returns easy. I can’t say the same for nordstrom rack which continually tells the opposite information that Nordstrom knows to be their policy. For this reason, I’d prefer to go to Nordstrom! The sales associate that helped check me out was so nice and easygoing and his manager was also helpful, and made everything a breeze! Love nordstrom!!

With the demise of the Providence Nordstrom this is by far the go to location in the RI/MA corridor. The store is always gleaming and in spotless condition, fanciest store bathrooms you’ll ever see, and the elevators take you right down into the basement parking garage. Staff is friendly like you’d expect at Nordstrom. This modern store appears to have less floor merchandise than previous generations however on my visit on 9/25 I found the most merchandise on display at this location yet.

I had a great experience working with Patricio from the Indochino inside the Nordstrom. He was very thorough with me and my groomsmen’s suit alteration and the suit came out great! He’s very friendly and has great charisma and I highly recommend having him do your alterations. Make sure to request him and not depend on the Indochino website to assign him to you.

I went here to find a dress . Drove an hour and 17 mins. I loved walking thru this store . We used to have one in my hometown but they closed it . I didn’t find what I was looking for but I found my dress at another store in the same mall.

iit's a small, but one of the better malls around Boston.

This review is based solely on my interaction with the shoe department - associate went above and beyond to assist me with tracking down the shoes I needed in the correct size + color. Friendly superior service was provided.

This mall is so big and its amazing. Theres so much places to go to there and it was a nice experience.

This is an update to an old 1 star review. I had a negative experience a few years back. I walked in yesterday on my way into the mall not planning to shop at Nordstrom. I was approached by Amanda and an hour later I had the clothes I needed for my daughters wedding. Amanda was really great and restored my faith in Nordstrom. Knowledgeable, engaged and confidant. She even took pictures so I could text them to my wife and daughters for approval. Great experience! Thank you Amanda.

Nothing but the best at Nordstroms! Employees are so kind and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile! Special shout-out to Jasmine in the beauty department who made my experience one of a kind. She was so personable and kind and I felt like I could talk to her for hours! She did the absolute most for me in store and made sure I was all set! Experiences like this just don’t exist at other stores and always makes me want to shop at Nordstroms more.

Easy to shop. Great sales consultants there when you need them but never hanging over you. Browse freely at your leisure without someone constantly trying to sell you something. If what you want isn't in stock in your size they will gladly order it for you immediately and you can pick it up in store or request home delivery and no shipping fees regardless of price and always free returns to store or by return mail.

It is very big and the layout is kind of cool! They have a large selection of stores in the mall to choose from and our experience was very pleasant and going here! I actually particularly liked at the food court was on the second floor! Everything was open and rather nice! My favorite was getting to see a plant shop at the mall! I've never seen one like that at a mall before!

The customer experience at any store really rests on the backbone of its employees. The lingerie department at this store is great, especially Diana. I’ve been to quite a few Nordstrom stores and she is an absolute standout as an employee. She knows so much about the products in her department and found me the perfect bra during winter holiday. Before getting her help, I didn’t even know I was wearing the wrong size for many years. She was extremely patient, professional, honest and knowledgeable and spent over an hour educating me on what to look for in the right bra, and you can’t expect this service from just any Nordstrom store. She went above and beyond, caring more about helping me than making a sale. I just had to take the time to give her a shoutout— she represents the very best of Nordstrom and I don’t know where I’d be without having learned the knowledge I did from her. Will definitely ask for her help again if I shop in lingerie at Nordstrom Natick.

Great, great store! Shop, have lunch or dinner, grab a coffee on the way out. One of my go to stores. I'm sure many people miss this store being in the Providence Mall, which seems to be going down hill. Great store Grove 40 miles

Terrific Customer Service!! Needed an outfit for a very special occasion. I had been dreading the thought of the shopping process but fortunately I was assisted by Judy Mortner who made it fun! Found a great dress, shoes, wrap & jewelry! So happy with my experience! Judy took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered some great advice. THANKS!!

Service at Nordstrom's is the best! They always take fabulous care of their customers. It's a pleasure to shop there.
