La Dolda

Molto Molto Bene!!!! Love this place!!!! Incredibly fresh pasta and it's organic too! You have to love a place that imports its flour and olive oil from the homeland because it's 100% pure! The gnocchi is so good and I recommend every one of their dried pastas as well. Took home some of their biscotti and my son who never had it before essentially at the whole bag and didn't leave any for me. Do yourselves a favor and treat yourself to La Dolda's delicious food and exemplary customer service, it's worth the trip!

One of the best Italian restaurants I've ever been to. I've been living in Lexington all my life and have been to many Italian restaurants including out of state and this one right here, in my hometown, is by far the best! Nice that it's local, as I'm used to having to travel for good eats.

Very tasty, but the portion sizes are pretty small. I really liked the porcini mushroom ravioli. The beef ravioli with Bolognese sauce was quite tasty as well. The speck ravioli had plenty of bacon, and was good as well.

In general everything was great, we'll probably buy again (though might have to order an extra portion or two to fill everyone up).

Wonderful fresh pasta and great service. We tried a variety of pastas (tortellini, ravioli, etc.) and it was difficult to choose a favorite. The simple butter is a nice complement to the ravioli fillings and the bolognese is delicious. I look forward to going back.

Just finished an order of tagliatell with Bolognese. Fantastic fresh clean taste, tried some Gnocchi with Basil Pesto the best I've ever had. Picked up a bag of their dried pasta more on that later. I will definitely be back for more. You can get a prepared meal, dried pasta or fresh pasta. I highly recommend trying La Dolda.

Truly a gem in Lexington town with incredible tasting pasta. The gnocchi is so soft and flavorful. I’ve been craving good quality hand made pasta for a while and I’m thankful La Dolda is finally open!

La Dolda brings a bit of Italy right in the middle of Lexington with delicious organic, handcrafted, artisanal & freshly made pasta. I tried several types (gnocchi, tagliatelle, tortellini) and sauces... :) All amazing!

If I had to pick one I'd probably go with meat ravioli with ragù alla bolognese, but honestly you can't go wrong. I can't wait to see and taste their next recipe. Grazie Matteo!

Absolutely delicious! I tried the mushroom ravioli, the gnocchi, and the mafaldine with bolognese, all were amazing, flavorful, and the pasta was so soft and chewy!! Definitely going back soon!!

Delectable, authentic Italian food! With mouthwatering pasta sauces like their Amatriciana Sauce, sweet Italian delicacies like Amarena Cherries, and amazing handcrafted pasta, La Dolda connects us with Italian culture right in the heart of Lexington Center. The next best thing to going to Italy!

We've gotten Matteo's Farro pasta before and now are hooked on it. It is so satisfying, cooked up with sausage, mushrooms, onion, garlic, herbs and a sauce of crushed tomato plus vegetable broth. All made in just the Dutch oven. I must pass the recipe to him, along with a picture. Thx thx Matteo.

I just tried La Dolda for the first time today. The beef ravioli with bolognese was absolutely delicious and I thought the portion was lovely. The owner is very welcoming. I can't wait to come back and try more more pasta!

Hands-down the best pasta we’ve ever had. Friendly, authentic, a real treasure! Definitely try their takeout hot pasta dishes that melt in your mouth.

I just had the tagliatelle last night— so perfect! They tasted just like my Nonna Maria’s tagliatelle. Siete bravissimi! I also had the pesto the other night and it was amazing! Auguri for your wonderful store and food! I’ll be back for sure.

Been waiting awhile for this place to open and glad it finally did! Very good experience getting takeout from here. Pasta is fresh (made in house), light and tasty! Very warm and friendly staff as well. Looking forward to trying it again!
