I love this place! They have an excellent social media presence that helps drive you into the shop when there is something interesting. It is always work the browse if you are in the area. Her pieces are always top quality and she always has unique finds. Katie is an amazing business woman and person. She is always warm and friendly when she sees me or my boyfriend (who frequently shops there for me). She remembers you as a person and always engages in conversation when I’m there. I love this place and trust them entirely with my high end purchases!

I spend quite a lot of time at Madison Ave not only because it’s on my way home from work every day and I drive right by but it’s the best consignment shop I’ve been to and I’ve been to many. Katie is wonderful and she really cares about each person that comes in to make sure they find what they are looking for. If you want high end clothes, jackets, jewelry this is the place to to go for the best prices. Madison Ave of Melrose is my go to and it should be yours!

Went to Madison Ave to find my mother her first Designer purse. I told Katie my budget and she found the perfect Louis Vuitton for my mother. Any time I go into the store she is super friendly and helpful. Go here for any thing from cute affordable boutique clothing to luxury purses/clothing/shoes/jewelry.

I love working with Madison Ave & Katie. I buy most of my high end items consignment and this place is one of the only two stores in the area that I will shop in. Katie is straightforward and no nonsense and has always been excellent to work with. She is extremely personable with me as well as my boyfriend who strolls on in during holiday seasons looking for that one item that I "have to have." There is always an excellent selection of quality items and if there is something I am on the hunt for that they don't have, they will help me find it. My family and I all shop here and will continue to do so and I will always recommend Madison Ave.

Love this place and the ladies working there. I moved to the area about 9 months ago and was told by some girlfriends to check out Madison ave for adorable stuff for a great deal. I was in need of two wedding dresses so finally decided to bop in and instantly found what I was looking for with the help of Gabby (long brown hair, inviting smile, great customer service). Upon check out I was torn between the two and Katie, the owner, offered me a deal if I got both. Totally walked out feeling like I got an amazing deal.

Months later I decided to consign some stuff and was told all the details/policies of consigning right then and there. -It’s consigning, people should know what they’re signing up for. Sometimes your stuff sells, sometimes it doesn’t. The woman is running a business and occasionally needs to drop prices to turn over her racks. - Anyway, I checked back about a month later, as instructed, and some of my clothes sold. I love all the chick stuff they had there so I just went and used up my credit.

This space is gorgeous and the two head lady bosses do a fantastic job of bringing in a large variety of fashionable and functional stuff. I’d highly recommend Madison Ave for a great buy on a budget.

Madison Ave has a beautiful new location, So clean and incredibly lush and presentable. I’ve been selling and purchasing my items with Katie for several years now and not once have I ever had a problem of any kind.

I currently have my clothing line in her store and she has been incredibly helpful with helping me sell my products and doing shoots to showcase my items. Very grateful for all that she does 💖

Best place to get handbags and anything you need. I bought multiple designer bags off her and she has sold many bags of mine as well. She makes us sign a contract, and everything is smooth and seamless. She always helps find birthday presents and gifts for occasions. She saves Christmas! Thanks for all your help Katie!!

Such great experiences at Madison Ave! The staff is amazing and makes selling and buying luxury items seamless. I love selling my luxury purses here because I know I can get a great re-buy price for my items and in a short amount of time. Don't even get me started on their great inventory: Chanel, Hermes, Gucci, Christian Louboutin you name it they got it! I would highly recommend going to check them out for any of your shopping or consigning needs!

I absolutely love shopping here. The store is very well organized. Katie & gabby always go beyond and above to make sure you are satisfied with your purchases. They help me pick out outfits and accessories when I feel undecided. They always keep track of everything. The environment makes you feel like you are in your own walk in wardrobe . It’s always a pleasant shopping experience. This place is my second home I hardly go to the mall anymore. Good Quality & they literally have everything you need.

This place is amazinggggg!!! I cannot say enough great things about this establishment and the woman that runs it (Katie)! Katie is the sweetest person on the planet. I had so many questions regarding items I saw on the Instagram page. She was quick to respond and very informative! I decided to go in the next day and I ended up buying more than I went in for (their stuff is that good!) I've gone In 2 more times after that to buy Christmas gifts for my family. Katie pushed my daughter around in her stroller JUST SO I COULD SHOP! Tell me who else would do that for somebody? People need to understand that running a business is hard work. This is my second time selling items to Katie at Madison Ave of Melrose. She is always true to her word and the only person I would ever trust to sell my items to. The store is absolutely beautiful and she has so many unique items! If anyone is ever interested in selling items, Katie is definitely the girl to bring your things to! After reading some of the unfair, negative reviews, I’d like to say I have been a returning customer to Madison Ave for over three years and have had nothing but a positive experience! I have consigned multiple purses and never had a problem. I have also purchased several items of clothing and accessories as well. Katie and her staff have been nothing but professional, honest and accommodating. Her customer service has always been above and beyond. I was delayed in traffic once and she stayed after hours to wait for me! You can feel confident shopping at Madison Ave with Katie and her staff!!

Katie was very personal and took the time to answer any questions I had about individual pieces. The store is bright and beautiful and everything is easy to visualize. All designer and luxury pieces appeared to be in good to excellent condition and some pieces even brand new and never worn or used. I prefer to shop in individually owned boutiques and help support the independent business owner as opposed to some larger cooperation. I will definitely buy from Katie again and refer friends to her store. Thank you for all of your help on my very first visit to your store and being so welcoming.

Madison Ave of melrose is a well ran operation! Since discovering this store over the summer I have made many purchases here. The staff is so helpful and very knowledgeable. Their prices are always fair. I have bought three bags in the last month from them and the recipients of said bags couldn’t be any happier. As a well established customer of Louis Vuitton I can say that from this point on I will always be checking with Katie to see what she has for inventory before tracking into the LV location in boston!

Had a great experience at Madison Ave of Melrose yesterday. It was my first time consigning and the owner was a joy to work with. Friendly, personable, and knowledgeable and they had the best selection of merchandise. Left with a gorgeous bag and a smile on my face. Can't wait for my next day of retail therapy. I'll be back!

Im not one to write review, but I had to for this store! I had an amazing first experience at Madison Ave of Melrose. Kaitlyn was accommodating and kind. Any question I had she was willing and happy to answer. The clothes were all beautiful and clean! Everything there is High end and well taken care of! I purchased some gray yeezys that she allowed me to put a down payment on and make payments on over the next month and a half!! When I left I was so happy with my experience that I told all my girlfriends about it. If you’re looking for a place to purchase second hand high end clothes at a well discounted price, you found your store! Highly recommend!!!

Madison Ave is the perfect place to go to find unique and trendy clothes and accessories! Katie (the owner) and her staff have incredible knowledge of fashion, designers, trends and styling. If you have any event to go to and just aren’t sure how to dress, they will take care of you! The inventory here is INSANE! With new arrivals every day, the racks are always well stocked so I highly recommend checking in often.
