Top tier store. Wonderful selection, clean, well rotated products, perfect customer service. Thanks for dinner!

The Store is really well laid out. All the isles are well labeled making it easy to find what you need. Public restrooms were clean and well marked right near the entrance. They have traditional or newer self-checkout options. Friendly staff, great sales and prices, plus well stocked shelves. They also have ample 2 hour parking. Was a much nicer layout and experience than I had expected from a "big city" store.

First time love the store. Keep up the great work.

Extremely good! A little pricey but fantastic food! I recommend the 5 dollar pastry's! They are amazing! And now the deals make this a pretty cool place to shop for sweets, fruits, and more! 5 star I highly recommend!

I have to honestly say I haven't been there since their renovation. WOW, it looks so much larger, easier to get around produce and dairy, and the new floors look outstanding. Thank you Shaws for revamping our Melrose store. As a 26 year resident it's truly appreciated.

This is a pretty good Shaws for how small it is. It's clean and usually I can find a few deals. Today I got buy 2 get 2 on Ben and Jerry's!!!

Nice supermarket. It's small than average but it's in a nice neighborhood that has parking and is close to the commuter rail.

I am their neighbor from the next store. I can say that they always have fresh produce. I like the deli section as well. Before I found out this branch, I was not a big fan of Shaw's in general, but the Melrose Shaw's changed my views.

I really enjoy shopping at Shaw's. They always have top-notch produce and meats not to mention their wide selection of specialty items including gluten-free selections. Everything is of high quality there and I always experience a great check out.

This is a good place to grocery shop with free parking and excellent customer service! However, I find it to be very expensive and over priced for simple things. I prefer to go to Market Basket where I save lots of money in the same items. However, Shaw's is very convenient for me to stop and grab things that I run out of during the week. I pass it on my way home so it is perfect for me.

This store is always clean, bright and airy. It's quite an inviting atmosphere. They have anything that I need.

Best customer service I've ever seen. I wanted a cut of beef and the butcher cut it for me even though it was half an hour before closing. Awesome customer service, you may pay a little more than MB but I'll gladly pay more for good customer service. Keep it up guys.

Such a random spot for a shaws in the middle of melrose center but its very convenient and quick and easy to get in and out. They always have great deals on meat and for someone like me who loves to use his smoker, I always come by to see what deals they have going on week to week.

Great store with great items - a little pricier than a Market Basket but cheaper than Stop & Shop or Whole Foods.

For taking care of Merose seniors during this outbreak. Opening Tuesdays and Thursdays 7am-9:30am so we can more safely shop.
