Love Dr. Coppe & Sears office. Everyone is so friendly. Guy & Courtney are amazing with both my children. They both are always so gentle and patient with my kids. My 5 year old feels so comfortable when he is there. He loves going to the dentist since we’ve been coming here.

They are wonderful with my son who has high functioning ASD. They have known him since he was a baby and have always been patient and kind. I would and have recommended them to anyone with children, especially children with neurodiversity. Guy is particularly fantastic!

My son is always excited to get the extra large balloons after every appointment and they often have an open house with a magician to get the kids used to the office without the scariness of only appointments. Plus, the new offices are gorgeous.

The senior Dr Coppe has been practicing in Lexington for decades and everyone loves him. His daughter has done a great job of joining in his footsteps! We love her!

I would give them 6 stars if I could. Dr. Sears and Dr. Coppe perform their work with excellence and meticulous care.They take great pride in their practice. The staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I brought my son and daughter to Dr. Sears for a second opinion on braces that were put on by a dentists office that operated very much like an assembly line. Dr. Sears was applauded at what he saw. He removed the braces and started all over again. A year later and our kids teeth look amazing. We’re so thankful to have found this office. We were able to avoid further complications due to improperly installed braces.

I highly recommend Coppe and Sears! The staff and doctors at this kid-friendly practice are fantastic - Dr. Chad is warm, patient, and fun, and my son genuinely gets excited for his appointments. So different from my experience with the dentist as a child! During my son's first appointment, the dental hygienist made it a point to create a very positive experience for him. My son enjoyed counting his teeth along with her, and was smiling and giggling the entire time. Now he is so comfortable and trusting there that he sits right down and has no anxiety or fear, which is something as a mother that I value above all. He always leaves with a little goody bag and some stickers and a balloon, and it feels more like a fun outing than an appointment. I know that my kids are receiving the best possible care and enjoying themselves at the same time. Couldn't ask for more!

As an adult over 40 returning to orthodontics after many years I could not recommend this practice more enthusiastically. The office is welcoming and professional. The care given by Dr. Sears and his staff is excellent and was tailored specifically to my needs. They made me feel totally comfortable and not nervous at all. For anyone questioning whether this practice is for them, I would not hesitate to call them and make an appointment. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Dr. Coppe and Dr. Sears staff made check-in and check out easy. They reassured my daughter and carried her through her entire dental process. After each visit a HUGE balloon of the child’s color choice is filled with air. A highlight of the office for sure. For parents you get great free WiFi as you wait in the gorgeous lobby. Dr. Coppe has a very calm personality and is bubbly at the same time. She can zone into each kids personality and emotions to be able to understand their needs at the time. She is an excellent dentist that has not missed a beat in my child’s dental care. Dr. Sears is just amazing! Always focusing on the child. Even after the dental procedure he was helping a young toddler tie a string to his balloon. A very friendly family oriented dental practice. I would highly recommend this dental office for Peds in the surrounding area.

My kids have been seeing at Dr. Coppe's office since they were 4 years old, about 11 years for my oldest one. I'm impressed at how kid friendly the whole staff are. They involve the parents every step of the way. They win the kids' love with the big balloons and sticker after every visit. The addition of Dr. Sears, our orthodontist, was a great move, we didn't have to go far. He and Dr. Coppe are great with kids and very professional at what they do.

Had an incredible experience this morning at Coppe and Sears. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, everyone treated us with such kindness. Coppe and Sears has really taken the time to think of all the details that matter. I was nervous as to how our visit would go because my kids had trouble at our prior dentist, but my 3 and 5 year old sailed through their visits without a single issue! I credit this to Dr. Carolyn Coppe and her amazing staff. My kids loved the huge balloons they got at the end and are treasuring the picture with Dr. Coppe that now sits on our fridge. Thank you to everyone who cared so much today!

We love this place! Doctors and nurses are all kind and professional. My daughter loves the balloon she got after her appointment. It was a fun and easy experience for her. They didn't charge anything for the first evaluation (for orthodontic work). They are super! Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Coppe and Will. My son has ASD and was adamant about not going to the dentist. They were able to get him to participate in everything and they made it so fun. I even had fun. This is a fabulous pediatric dentist who really gets how to interact with differently wired kiddos!

Coppe and Sears treat their patients like they would treat their own family. They look at each child individually and assess their needs. They are very patient, the staff is very nice. For children with special needs, they are incredibly patient and kind. If only they had an attached adult practice!

Coppe and Sears Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is hands down the greatest dentistry office in the world. From the overall knowledge in the field to the welcoming, hospitable, and genuine attitude displayed by every single employee. I have never, not once, had a bad experience as a patient. I will never be able to thank them enough for their great work and phenomenal hospitality.

Both of my boys are patients here (3yr old and 2yr old). The staff is always courteous and prompt so that we’re never waiting long at any stage of the process. The hygeinists and dentists clearly have lots of experience with kids and have lots of great tricks for putting them at ease and encouraging cooperation. And at the end, the kids get a gigantic balloon that stays inflated for weeks! My kids are getting excellent care, and I always leave feeling informed and like I know what to do with continued care until our next visit.

Bringing the kids to Dr. Coppe and Sears for our kid's dentist makes bringing them to the dentist so easy! The staff is friendly, the dentists are amazing and the kids always come out with a smile (even if they had to get a cavity filled!). Thanks Dr. Coppe (x2) and Dr. Sears - you guys are the best!

Dr Coppe was an excellent dentist for me growing up and now I bring my kids to the practice. Both Dr Mike Coppe and Dr Carolyn Coppe are wonderful with the kids. I cannot say enough about the hygienist staff. My kids look forward to their dental visits :).

Both my kids 6 and 4 love going to Dr. Coppe and Sears. They put both kids in the same room side-by-side and the younger one always feel more reassured when the brother is nearby. They love to get the biggest balloons ever after the visit. That made their days!

There is no one I would trust with my children’s dental care needs more that Coppe and Sears. My sons have not always had the easiest situations regarding their dentistry, and Dr. Carolyn, Dr. Mike and the rest of their amazing staff have made every visit calming, reassuring and they are always available for any questions or concerns. No other dental office could compare to their commitment to pediatric and orthodontic care.

We attended yesterday (5yr old daughter's tooth was sore, and obtained a next-day appointment) for our young daughter's first dentist visit. Dr. Michael Coppe was our dentist, and he was terrific, as were his dental hygienists. Our daughter inquired the same evening as to when she might go back to the dentist.

The building / office is a delightful, fresh renovation of a period building in historic Lexington. The office is entirely child friendly, and they provided both a photograph of my daughter's visit (with the dentist) and a giant balloon, together with stickers, which my daughter loved.

Drs Coppe and Sears have done a terrific job of integrating technology into their practice. All of the new patient forms were available to be filled out on an iPad, and could been filled out in advance by computer by following a link provided in a new-patient email delivered in advance of our visit.

We're delighted with our choice of daughter's pediatric dentist.

Dr. CAROLYN Coppe and Will do a fabulous job with my special needs daughter. They reassure her all along getting her teeth cleaned and give her a break as needed. They are PROFESSIONAL and most importantly COMPASSIONATE! I highly recommend this dental practice!
