Avoid this place at all costs. They will say you won’t pay more being out of network, you will. I waited several weeks so we could get a prior authirorizarion first, to be SURE this wouldn’t happen. Two different employees provided this information and verified the charge would be completely the same as an office in network. They additional TINY fillings without permission, they used composite darker than my actual teeth in places that show that will need to be replaced, AND I have misshapen tooth that has to be repaired. They shaved down a tooth for easier access to another without asking. The office manager, who was one of the people who misinformed me, refused to let me talk to the owner. They already overcharged me about 350 the first visit, and now they have the audacity to take me to court for another 160. I will be reviewing everywhere possible and contacting the BBB.
