If I could take away or give negative stars, I would. The lady on the phone accused me of lying more than once, refused to reimburse medical bills, very unprofessional and rude, even screamed at me. After she authorized a medical service, she turned around and claimed she never knew about it. My last phone call went like this:

Me: “You made an appointment for me — didn’t even ask if I was available — you made no effort to contact me or confirm it, you told [doctor’s office] it was on Thursday and you told me it was on Friday; you deliberately LIED to me to get my case closed so you wouldn’t have to reimburse me or pay my bills!”

Her: “Yes, I did!” (Like she was PROUD of herself!)

Me: “How am I supposed to trust you?”

Her: *Dead silence*

And then she starts lecturing me about being cooperative. Oh okay, so showing up for over a dozen appointments (that I made MYSELF) and being absent from a specialist and a regular appointment because I was in the hospital with a legally-protected disability means I’m uncooperative? Great, good to know.
Might I mention that even after I told her I was in the hospital, she reported me to the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity, and she refused to provide evidence that she was paying my medical bills (believe it or not, she was, so I don’t understand what was so hard about providing the statements regarding payments).
I let my employer know what was going on, and he contacted the guy selling insurance to our company and requested someone else be put on my case. That was a little less than two months ago, so I’m on my own for treatment.
Not worth the stress.

They will not help you no matter how much you call. They will gaslight you and said they called you and you didn’t answer. They will not pay your workers comp bills and they will force you to end the case by neglecting you.

Giving this company one star is more then they deserve. They fight you on every bill and try to get out of paying. They take weeks to respond to you, and when you do finally get a call back they are rude and unprofessional. Never once did they explain anything to me or help me navigate through the process. I would highly recommend never doing any business with them.

The communication is sparse and often comes off as rude. Will ignore phone calls and replies to emails within 1-2 weeks. The only thing that’s consistent is the checks being late.
Would not recommend relying on this company.

8 years with CRS and no issue's less than 10 months with Mackinaw Admin and nothing but issue's. McLaren Oakland has been calling them for regarding office visits and never got a single response for over 10 months. Prescriptions are the same thing. 0 stars from me

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They don't pay the bills they're supposed to and leave a confused injured kid to navigate the medical bureaucratic system. My advice if you're injured at work use your personal insurance instead of these guys. Terrible human beings.
