We needed to repair a malfunctioning valve controlling the water coming into our house and Pauric and his team treated us like we were long-time clients from the get go. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to get the job done quickly, even coming over on short notice as soon as the town offered a window to shut off the water so the repair could be made. They are absolutely terrific to work with!

I had heard great things about Hourican Plumbing, so I reached out when our heating system starting acting up. Im so glad I did! Pauric found time to come over on this frigid day and tackled the repair on the spot so we wouldn't be without heat. He was extremely professional and followed Covid protocols carefully. He was efficient with our time and left the area cleaner than it was when he started. When I asked him about doing some other potential work in our bathroom, he suggested that it wasn't worth the cost - what an honest guy! I will definitely use Hourican Plumbing again - feels good to support such a great, local business.

I can’t say enough about Pauric and his team He listened to our needs and got to work immediately. He was so professional and gave us exactly what we envisioned bringing faucets, garbage disposal and bath and shower parts that were exquisite. He worked so efficiently, there were times when I forgot he was here. In between each job, he made sure we were pleased before moving on to the next one. There was an unexpected problem with a pipe that was faulty in our bathroom that we never knew about and although he hadn’t expected to find that, he fixed it for us. Recently, my daughter bought a new home and the heating system needed to be replaced. I can’t begin to tell you the quality of THAT job. I had a problem with my toilet because it kept running. I called Hourican Plumbing and was able to have an appointment scheduled for the next day. They were even able to accommodate my work schedule since I'm currently working from home. They came over, on time as promised, and were able to assess the issue immediately. To my surprise, they were able to fix the issue in minutes. They said it was an easy fix and I was all set. They were in and out before I knew it. I have hired them since then to fix the drain in my shower and the weak water pressure. The work is always accurate, quick, and fair. Best experience I could have asked for-saved me a lot of stress. Would definitely recommend!

So glad my neighbor recommend Hourican Plumbing. Our water heater went out on Memorial Day and I figured we'd be without hot water for the week. But Pauric showed up within an hour, got us a quote and even installed a temporary mini hot water heater so we could get in showers. He was back the next day to put in our new indirect water heater. I barely knew the crew was in the basement. He even answered all the techie questions two engineers could throw at him. Excellent customer service and a pleasure to work with.

We had been without water in our kitchen for a week when a contractor we had been working with reached out to Pauric on our behalf. Pauric and his team were at our house within a few hours and replaced the drain pipe and fixed the faucet quickly and professionally. Paul and his whole team made my Gas conversion extremely smooth, My gas line/bar was installed in last day of October, little room left before freezing. A neighbor referred Paul, he offers the soonest install schedule, very friendly price/quote, most importantly to me, is the most considerate installation plan of new fixture positions with existing ones. And very quick follow up on the rebate submission.

Overall I had very satisfactory experiences with Paul. I would continue refer Paul to anyone that seeks my opinion for plumbing works in Metro Boston.

Excellent service - Pauric is very responsive and communicative. He does great work at a reasonable price and is a pleasure to work with. My husband and I contacted Hourican Plumbing to refinish a basement bathroom. The owner, Pauric, was quick to setup a consultation that specifically addressed our concern regarding the positioning of our main drain. Not only did Pauric come up with a creative solution that allowed us to maximum the most space in a small bathroom, but he thoroughly explained our options and laid out all of the pros and cons which was very much appreciated. This past week Pauric completed the job and we could not be happier. It is clear that he takes great pride in his work and can execute just well as he communicates. Hourican Plumbing is fantastic-professional, open and honest and responsive. I called because a leaky faucet flooded my kitchen. Pauric diagnosed issue and came back the next day to fix the problem. Highly recommend!

I called Hourican after finding water leaking out of my water heater. He was here in 20 minutes, found the problem and gave us a few options. We ended up replacing the water heater and the whole process took only an hour. His crew were good about masks and cleaning up. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues.
