Thriving Minds Behavioral Health

Jasmine and I really enjoyed this visit. The staff prepared for the visit thoroughly by letting the ATD teams know how to interact with the campers. They also prepared the campers in advance with questions they could ask to start a back and forth conversation. Having the dogs outside with several children worked well. I would participate in another event at this location.

I brought Luchi (10 pound mix)to event. The children loved her; they were open to ask questions. I appreciated how the counselors helped each child with asking a question and waited for responses, giving children time to respond.
The set up was well done with the groups; children had time to meet with all the dogs.
It was a wonderful event and a positive experience. We would like to be part of next years event or future events with children at Thriving Minds. Thank you! Laura Massaro

Just had the pleasure of doing 3 interactive magic shows for the kids and staff at the Confident Kids Camp in Brighton. Awesome experience...awesome staff and counselors...and wonderful kids!! The camp is presented by Thriving Minds Behavioral Health for kids with selective mutism, and it is very well organized. Kids receive one on one attention from caring and experienced counselors, and it looks like they are really making a difference. I was amazed at how well the kids interacted and responded to the magic. it was a 5-Star experience for me, and I'm sure many of the campers would agree as well, that their Confident Kids Camp experience was memorable, meaningful and fun!

This place changed my daughters life. She was completely nonverbal in school for a year and after 4 days with Ms. Reed, she was verbal.

They have helped my daughter so so much.

I do not feel there was a real interest in improvement as long as the next appointment was scheduled.
