Family-run business (and they're Kosher!) With an excellent variety of food and flavors. They have lots of imported "goodies" from Israel (drinks, halva, etc)

The establishment may seem small or underwhelming on the outside, but don't let the looks fool you, this place is packed with flavor and deliciousness and I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

The staff wear masks even in a now "mask-recommended" time, and are incredibly accommodating - they moved tables together for us close to the air-conditioning during one of the hottest days of the summer (thus far..)

If you want to a down to earth, local join to eat good Mediterranean food, this is the spot. The owner, Jake, cooks all the food on the spot and genuinely cares about your day. The portions are right sized, the food tastes great.

Never had a falafel before! Until my fiance introduced me to Jake's. I had the falafel dish with salad and hummus and comes with a dipping sauce. Tasted great! Would definitely recommend! Amazing service and great people! Look forward to trying other dishes!

Stopped in for a delicious roll-up. Beef and lamb shawarma with Buffalo Falafel. It was made fresh for me with some really good flavors. This place is easy to miss, but worth the effort to find.

The food is amazing! I picked up a bigger order today and not only was the service good - she went the extra mile! she helped me pack it in the car and made sure it was perfect and safe, before I could drive home with the big plate and it not moving around. The sweetest people Ive met! Highly recommend!

I ordered the steak/lamb shawarma but the falafel roll up was AMAZING! Loved the pickles.

Happened to pass by on way to college visit and WOW! The most delicious falafel I’ve ever had. Actually, it’s so amazing that I don’t think I could be satisfied with any other from now on.

This place has some of the best falafel around they make it fresh when you order and it tastes straight out to Israel! Highly recommend to anyone. Also the owner is amazing and friendly and always remembers me 🤩 I also love the spicy sauce he adds to the falafel! Check it out if you are in town!

Delicious! Friendly service and fast prep. The wrap is huge, I could easily split this and be satisfied. Would recommend, will be back to try more.

Ignore the renovations and the fact that it's a hole-in-the-wall kind of place. There's a reason Jake's has been around as long as it has.

Great restaurant. One of the best falafel wraps I've had in new england – the Falafel itself is top notch. Friends enjoyed their meals as well. Service was very fast and courteous. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

The owners are incredibly welcoming, and the food is amazing. This is not your typical falafel restaurant. Although, yes, the falafel is as good as they wrote on their site, but the rices and meat dishes are even better. My only regret is that I didn’t know about this place for the last 10 years!

Great food without exception. I have been going there for the past 10 years. My kids that complain about any food; cannot have enough of Jake's rice, falafel, shahlik and chicken kabob... My wife LOVE the baba ghanosh and I go for tabouli (sp?) with every order. By the way, once you taste the falafel you will see what I mean... The best falafel I ever tasted.

Food was good. The beef and lamb didn't have any odors and wasn't dry. Pretty tasty. Both yellow rice and tomato rice has good flavors. The food was filling but not heavy and didn't make me groggy. I liked the taste a lot because it tastes more natural than filled with preservatives. I would definitely come back. The owner is pretty nice guy. He was concerned with what I thought about the food.

My favorite falafel place in the area! Food is fresh and delicious. Staff is friendly and timely. They have great plant based options as well. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for amazing falafel!

I visited as a challenge to dispute what I had already thought was the best falafel in the area (from a different restaurant). I lost the challenge: Jake's has the best falafel I've ever had.

On top of the excellent falafel and transcendent baba ganoush, the staff were so friendly and courteous, the restaurant was spotlessly clean, and the menu was huge. I am going to have to go back to try all of their other offerings.

I am so happy we found Jake's. Best MENA food in the neighbor, by far. It has never disappoints. The salads are always fresh. The chicken schnitzel, Rouletta Gousht (Persian Beef) and Falafel are our favorites. It is family owned and run by very friendly folks. Their prices are also lower than many less desirable alternatives! If I could, I would give them 6 stars!

Excellent wraps, and the hummus is quite tasty for a local joint! The falafel is definitely some of the higher quality in the area, and I will be sure to return and try the countless different options on the menu. Service here is also top tier.
