I returned a huge metal bed frame package to Amazon. The employee was really helpful. He let me use a dolly to carry the package, and used his packing tape to secure it further.

I arrived close to closing time with 6 big and heavy boxes to ship. Abe and Judah helped get the boxes out of my car and into the store, they found the least expensive way to ship them, they were super polite through the entire process, and they stayed past closing time to finish my order. Thanks so much for making it easy!

I dropped off a return there today so nothing super complicated or requiring a lot of interaction but still the two individuals that were there were so polite and respectful. Some UPS folks can be very cold and short in their tone - the folks at Newton Centre were anything but that. Thank you for helping me today :-)

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff: fast and accurate
Demands on staff are inordinately high at times: staff responds by working twice as hard
Businesses save money on labor: lets show these staff appreciation
Fun to talk to, helpful and hardworking

I went in this morning. There were two people working (good idea), and they processed my shipping (which was a little complicated) efficiently. they were also cheaper (at least regarding the packaging) than a nearby store. My wife likes this store, and I will patronize them again.

I’ve always had good experiences here. Everyone is helpful and polite. They do charge fees for various things like printing a label but I assume that is standard across the board now

Bad customer service

Employees (particularly one woman) was actually joking and laughing about how earlier that day a UPS delivery driver ran over and killed a 57 year old in Watertown St right outside the store. Absolutely disgusting human behavior and unacceptable customer service.

I wish there were a "0" star option. The staff is great. BUT the store manager, Abe Ross, needs both operational training and a whole lot of manners... We were there to process an Amazon return a week ago. He said we needed a box to send the item back and tried to sell us one. Since I had the original box at home, I said I would be back with it. I went there today with everything all packed and ready. He scans the code and says, "the label is already printed at this store, so it can't be printed a second time." I said, well if you do see in your system that you already printed it and see that the package is in fact, not in your system, why don't you print a duplicate." Answer: "No my system doesn't work that way, cancel from the Amazon app" So I tried on the app, and Amazon doesn't have that option. I ask him what will be the solution, who should I contact? He says "you can complain to whomever you want, nothing I can do" -well, that escalated quickly-. So I say "you are the person I dealt with the last time, you printed the label, you are the one that told me to get a box, instead of canceling the label YOU printed out, you are the one that kept and trashed in improperly, so now I am the one that has to be out of 120 bucks? and you have no solutions for me?" (mind you I was cross, but not loud). He says "I'm gonna ask you to leave!"
And on my way out, he mocked my accent... Oh well, may your life road be lined with people like you Abe Ross.

Not owned by UPS. Wrongly named! Shipping charges exceed those charged by UPS (Shipping charge to me: about $16. Return shipping was nearly $23).

The UPS store has no customer service for any package “dropped off” at their facility. If lost, the package cannot be tracked by the store. The owner’s attitude is summed up by “I cannot help you.” Then, one is left to deal with the non-human interface at UPS.

Beware! This is the worst UPS Store - EVER!
I went in several weeks ago to ship an envelope and they wanted to charge me to use tape. Then I went in today and they wanted to charge $3 to print a label. Then I read reviews and I read other reviews complaining about fees. This is not common for ups stores so I suggest skip this store and find one that is more customer focused.

I called them on the phone twice during office hours and they didn't pick up. 20 rings, then voicemail picked up with no message. So, I drove there to drop off a package, only to find that they had removed the drop-off box they had just inside the door. This was *during a huge upswing in the pandemic*. I gave up and drove to the UPS store at 321 Walnut Street, in Newtonville, which is farther away for me, but which cares about its customers.
