SpringHill Suites by Marriott Las Cruces

SpringHill Suites by Marriott is very clear and easy to navigate. The staff were very friendly and inviting! Jessica who I believe is the GM was very helpful and genuine. She made our stay so much better with her checking on us to make sure we had all the accommodations we needed and followed up with us. I would definitely recommend this resort to all of my friends and family and will be returning back to stay here again!

I really like the location, it's close to everything! Good restaurants and historic Melissa, which is nice to visit. The GM Jessica was such a great help and provided us with fast and friendly service. We had several questions that she was able to answer and was very hospitable.
I will definitely be returning in the future. NM is so beautiful!

Enjoyed my quick stay here. It’s located in a very convenient location, near some a few options. The service was amazing and the rooms super comfortable. We had an issue with our bathroom (wouldn’t lock), but no other major issue other than that.

This is my favorite place to stay in Las Cruces! The property is clean, rooms are spacious and the pool and outside fire are perfect. The complimentary breakfast is delicious as well. James did an outstanding job when we checked in, and Valentina always ensures our stay was wonderful upon checkout. She has remarkable customer service skills!

Upon arrival met with friendly clerk. Front area was very clean and peaceful. Room was cleaned and freaked of no cigarettes. Spoke to manager on sight about amenities and was very sweet. Little market area was stocked for snacks. Overall great stay.

What a perfect place to stay, when we arrived we were greeted with a welcoming smile. Our room was clean and smelled great, the front desk staff have suggestions of places to go eat and see. Thank you.

The hotel looks like a modern Mexico house. The hotel and room look very modern to me. I do notice very small spots look like the old rooms. I'm very impressed all the remodel done to the hotel and the room. It is the most clean room i have seen in my last day of 2 weeks vacation.Only one thing that almost makes it perfect is that the bed seems to sink downward when I lay on it. I don't think I'm fat.

The stay was really nice! From checking in, to house keeping, to the management staff, everyone was really kind and just outstanding in providing us service. On top of traveling and arriving very late, we were super tired and had two important business calls to be on the next day. The staff allowed us late check out and offered us a business room space to take our calls after we checked out. Our stay there, though short, is among my top experiences of best services and staff treatment! Will definitely stay again if I need to travel through again, and I will for sure recommend it to anyone else looking for a pleasant experience.

Richard the night agent was wonderful.
He went out of his way to make sure we had a room with parking under a light so we could keep an eye on the Harley bike we were hauling.
The room was updated and very comfortable.
We will return.

Great place to stay. Very affordable, clean and comfortable rooms. James at front desk was very helpful and very fast to get myself and my family checked in quickly. The house keeping does a great job as the rooms were very clean and neatly kept. My family and I were very satisfied and will definitely be using this place again. Great job!

I just wanted to thank James, Angel and Richard for their wonderful help and service. My rental car battery died, and they took the time to help me out and give me a jumpstart. I’m very appreciative of their help and time during my short trip. I had a smooth and pleasant stay otherwise here and recommend it if you’re in the area.

The front desk staff were professional and friendly. We had a problem with our truck. A place where we stopped had water in their gas. We were originally supposed to be a one night stay. I would definitely stay again!

Clean room, nice amenities, helpful staff, breakfast in the morning. (Personal fav biscuits & gravy)

Extra towels and blankets were available when requested (bonus points).

Outdoor pool and jacuzzi.

Plenty of parking.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. They continue to improve the hotel. Interior is looking much better and is nice. Have a buffet style hot breakfast now. Much better than the hot breakfast bag to go. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room kept clean. I thought for the money, it was a fantastic value. Only issue was the couch. It is more of a daybed than a couch. Depth made it awkward to sit on and relax. However, if you need another bed, this couch is fantastic!

This place is under renovation but still the stay was great, we found the room clean and the fridge, microwave and coffee maker worked as they should. The room the gave us was not renovated yet you could see it on the furniture but I am sure once they finish the renovation this will be a great hotel to stay.
The staff was very polite, professional trying to do everything that is on their hands to provide excellent service.
The construction workers are doing their job between 9 am and 5 pm that way guests get more sleep in the morning. Breakfast is simple but enough to start the day. We definitely stay here again if we need it.

I stayed at the SpringHill Suites in Las Cruces over the weekend while traveling for work, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I ran into an unforeseen predicament during my stay, and the ENTIRE staff - from the front desk employees to the back-of-house crew to upper hotel management - all leaned in to support as if I was a personal friend or neighbor. They bent over backwards to help me through this predicament even though it had nothing to do with the hotel and they had nothing to gain from it, checked in with me to see how things were progressing, and celebrated in my success when I was able to accomplish the task at hand, all thanks to the hotel's support.

This hotel showed me a level of customer service that goes well above and beyond what you could expect from even the most expensive, 5-star hotel options.

On top of that, the suites are modern and spacious, the breakfast bar offering is superb with both hot & cold meal options that rotate out daily, and the hotel's ideal location is nearby a ton of local dining and shopping options.

I will never stay at another hotel again in Las Cruces or the surrounding area. If you're visiting the area, choose SpringHill Suites Las Cruces for an unmatched, 12 out of 10 lodging experience.

Front desk rep guy was great and even came to room to replace remote.

If anything imperfect or funny item I discovered in my room is - mismatched number to the room number -- the night table phone with the tiny tag probably got switched and TV screen welcome screen has another different number. For a moment I was hmm thinking, well, I am sure not in a wrong room so I checked plate outside and phew what a relief came after right away. No biggy but it might be a work in progress to straighten out the minor details. Definitely will be back when I travel through the city in the near future. I love New Mexico True and its sunny clean air spirit always in my heart and memoirs.
