Royal Pizza Roast Beef & Seafood

My review is on the roast beef sub, because thats all I've ordered so far.
Man oh man, it is one good, roast beef sub though. This was not cheap deli roast beef. It was definitely fresh, served warm, and rare. Very tender and not fatty at all. I couldn't have asked for a better sandwich. It was packed with meat, so you get your money's worth. Really liked the pickles too. That sandwich alone is worth the trip.

Went here for the first time last night after driving by it a thousand times and it always seemed busy, will be going back for sure. I went with the roast beef dinner plate for my first order and it was excellent, sandwich was exactly what I was expecting and a huge portion of curly fries. We also ordered a pepperoni and cheese calzone which doesn’t look like the calzones we are used to, but was absolutely incredible, it’s like a double decker pizza. Delicious. Will be returning.

Honestly love this place. I li Ed in Stoneham for 6 years and when I wanted a roast beef 3 way or a calzone I went here. The sizes are good and the food is delicious. The prices are not overly expensive and there not a great deal there a little over the middle. The service is OK there always rushing around and talk to you like your an idiot if you take longer than a min to order. But the food talks and makes everything else worth it.

A Google search brought us here after a visit to the zoo. There were 7 of us, and all ordered different things. Everyone left saying their food was really good. I got the honey bbq steak tip sub, and was very impressed. Would definitely go again.

Shrimp Box ($15.25 / $22.25)from @royalroastbeef. How many shrimp in a small box? 10. How many are in a large box? 20. Large box, of course. The shrimp was really good-sized and cooked perfectly with a very thin and light batter. Look at the size of them! The tartar sauce was outstandingly good. This was not mayo with some stuff thrown in. Here, it was stuff with mayo added. Delicious!

I was in tge area and stopped by for pizza. I ordered my usual cheese and mushroom pizza. The food was delicious, but the team and employees were very friendly and fun to interact with. You must go there.

I love this place. I don't live near it anymore but I miss it

Awesome small, off the beaten track neighborhood spot. Always know it's a good choice with so many locals coming for take away orders and lots of orders going out for delivery.

An absolute diamond in the rough. The exterior of this place conceals the incredible menu and portions of one of the best Sandwich/Sub shops in the area. The roast beef is piled high, and the menu is EXPANSIVE. Perfect for a takeout pit stop before going to the Zoo or the Middlesex Fells Reservation.

Steak and cheese calzone AMAZING; clam strip plate DELICIOUS

Fried shrimp dinners come with two sides plus coke slaw. Shrimp are jumbo and come 10 to an order! They are generous with the sides as well so this was enough for Two people. Good option for seafood.

Good food, very friendly staff and family friendly. Will definitely come back! But have to shut the news off of their tv.

Stopped in last night on my way home from a trip to Florida. A buddy told me the roast beef sandwich was epic. Like ones we got in Stoneham in the 60's. The anticipation was immense. But, they were out of roast beef. The owner put 3 slices of steak n cheese calzone in a box and said no charge Merry Christmas! One bite and i forgot all about the roast beef. It was so tasty. Thank-you Royal! I will be back for sure.

Our burgers were hot and delicious! The French fries are a must have. Very accommodating staff, we have allergies and diet restrictions and we felt so welcomed.

Their food is way better than a restaurant.
I always order there, the staff is very nice. The pizzas and calzones are so delicious, the best i ever had. Highly recommended.

OMG! Keep up the good work. Look...a lot of sub shops try to maximize profit by skimping on portions....this place does not!

You absolutely get what you pay for, and on top of that...it’s delicious!

I ordered a steak bomb and I couldn’t believe how big it was. It was the biggest sub I’ve ever had. It was amazing.

I also ordered a Buffalo chicken calzone and was soooo heavy. There was so much food I ate it for days. This was also the best calzone I’ve had.

Don’t change a thing!!
