Thanksgiving Weekend 2022...two friends and I were in Stoneham for the Greater Boston Stage Company's production of
"Little Women, The Musical" and we had some time to kill since we had planned for possible bad traffic along the way. We ended up milling around the theater area to browse. Voilà Spartan Paint & Supply! The guys inside were very welcoming, personable, helpful, and kind and it was open and it was warm inside. We were not looking to buy anything, but all three of us ended up finding something that we needed and all made purchases. I skipped the complimentary fresh popcorn, but I did score a free calendar on the way out the door! Terrific store...so much variety...impressive collection of YETI products, too. Definitely worth the trip on its own. An awesome experience.

Outstanding customer service with really friendly staff! One person walked to the back of the store with me and cut the length of tubing perfectly. Then, above & beyond, he cut down the seem to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend bringing any project needs to this store for supplies and assistance. Thanks everyone there!

I work for a designer hardware showroom in Burlington and when I had a customer call, needing hinge screws that we did not have in-stock, I called Aaron at Spartan. Aaron literally "jogged" back and forth from the front of the store to the back, a couple of times, to check stock on the specific screws my customer needed. I was able to call my customer back and send him up the street to Spartan to pick them up. Now my customer can install his client's front door in this freezing weather! Everyone is happy! Thanks for the hustle, Aaron!!

Staff is really friendly and it's a great place to get Benjamin Moore paint. Generally higher prices than the big box stores, but a great selection and you're supporting a neighborhood store.

They stock items those large home stores don't. I was looking for a few 1/4" x 28 TPI screws. Looked for them unsuccessfully at those BIG Box stores. I really didn't expect Ace to have them but gave it a shot. I was amazed that not only did they have it, they had an assortment from hex head to cap, black, galvanized, stainless all neatly organized. Wow how they do it is beyond me. I'm so glad they have such a vast assortment of fasteners in such a wide range of thread sizes.

Great place to go locally for ny garden supplies, paint for the home, and most other things I need like a mat for the bottom of the bathtub! Great friendly staff! AND huge selection of Yeti products and grills!

When heading out of Boston on 93N and something falls off an overpass and smashes your windshield go to Spartan to get your clear Flextape for a temporary fix! Staff was very helpful and nice.

Not only a well stocked hardware with a helpful & knowledgeable staff but a great source of entertainment for our two year old grandson, an excellent resource for Stoneham.
