This is our *third* time having Juan and team paint rooms for us (or maybe fourth) for our place in Lexington, MA. This time, it was a bathroom, on short notice. Juan moved around his calendar to accommodate and the job was finished quickly, including some wall patching. Juan's team was quiet, efficient, and they cleaned up everything. And the bathroom looks great! I can't recommend JK enough!

I have had an excellent experience with Juan and his team for painting the exterior of my house in Lexington. My house hadn’t been painted for many years so there was significant deterioration such as existing paint being peeled, wood shading gotten rotten and so on. It needed a lot of work! Juan and his team have done a magic work on it and I am extremely satisfied with the final product and also the whole process from the initial consultation on budgeting, ongoing communication, scraping, power washing, carpentry, painting, all flawlessly, and putting the final details, which have resulted in an outstanding outcome in a timely manner. Juan and his team did phenomenal ceiling plastering and interior painting work at our home in Watertown! Everything stayed on budget and on schedule, and Juan was a fantastic communicator throughout — super responsive, warm, and knowledgeable. Juan went above and beyond: when he saw that our ceilings needed a different approach to plastering than initially expected, he got up on stilts himself and fixed the issue flawlessly. We live in the West Roxbury area and were looking for someone to paint a small family room (wood panelling and plaster wall, with a Dutch door) and the top of a stairwell too high for us to reach. Both areas also needed wallpaper removal.

The JK team did a fantastic job replacing a damaged dry wall on the ceiling, painting the entire ceiling and staircase, all in one day. Juan was very responsive from quote to finish and his team utmost professional. They arrived at 7.30am on the dot, covered everything diligently and cleaned up at the end of the day.

Juan returned my call immediately and two days later was at my house to look at the job. He sent me an estimate later that same day. He was able to start the work pretty soon after that. Juan and his crew were professional and very neat. They put down drop cloths, and were very careful. They cleaned up when they left for the day.
