GameStop

Have seen some complaints about experiences with the staff but those are opposite to my experience- have only had good interactions with everyone who works there. This GameStop is pretty small, and things can move slow sometimes, but I’ve really only seen that happen when a staff member is being helpful for a needy customer and taking time to answer questions. I like this location and the staff.

When coming to this GameStop have some patience.
DO NOT come in if you’re rushing.
They are not always sufficiently staffed. I have only had good experiences here and I have always been treated with respect and they have good deals most of the time.
Shout out to the employees! You guys are great!

Been a customer of this location for the past few years and couldn't speak more highly of them. The staff has always been cordial, knowledgeable, and always have gone out of their way to help me with the inquiries I have had. Store is clean, organized, and never hurts to have a Starbucks next door.

Ok so I forgot to get the woman’s name but can I just say she was amazing at her job!!! I was free to look around without any pestering but she was right there to help when needed, she was super knowledgeable in funcos, horror gaming and more. Actually showed me some great upcoming games like the quarry!!! This is what the model of customer service should be and a million thank you’d for making my experience great…

Store is great has a wide selection of games and toys, plenty of parking!!!

1st time in a GameStop for a while. The vibe and attitude of the employee Sarah was laid back positive. She was informative and helpful to me and my wife, not distant or pushy as I have found in other game shops. Walked in for 1 game and walked out with 11. Well played. On top of it, it was such a greet experience we will be goin g back once we need more games (or until my pre-order comes out). Thanks for your help Sarah!

I love this place I collect Pokémon cards and it’s the best place to get them from.

Had to come here to do some returns. Ariel was super sweet and gave me a trouble free experience! Great store and service!

Initially passed negative judgement, but after I came in for a midnight release I changed my opinion. Staff seemed quite nice and enthusiastic. They were one of the only stores in the state that was holding a midnight release as well.
