CrossFit Steamboat

This gym embodies the core CrossFit methodology (affiliate since ‘09 or so). Incredibly clean and well kept with a cozy layout. All the equipment is top notch. Ronnie was our coach (for the two days we dropped in), she keeps it real: genuine and clear communicator. The class had a professional yet relaxed and fun vibe. She led some of the best warm ups I have ever had (been doing CrossFit since ‘12 at 5+ different gyms). I could have just used my hotel gym, I am so glad I didn’t. Great way to keep my normal schedule of training and still enjoy vacation. $20 drop in is well worth it, I’d pay more tbh. Partner wod on Saturday was a great way to shake the hangover before hitting the slopes. We will be back.

I dropped in for a couple of days in Nov. A good gym with a super owner and coaches. Well worth a visit/joining.

I went to the 6am (Friday). Coach was super great at walking us through an optimal warm up. She was very knowledgeable about all lifts and helpful when diagnosing incorrect form or ways to improve. She also was great at teaching faster barbell cycling that I'll continue to work on. Hopefully I can come back everytime I visit.

Amazing place. Steamboat people, if you want to be a better skier/snowboarder, train here. If you want to be a better biker, train here. If you want to be a better runner, train here. Give crossfit a try. This gym and its owners will not disappoint!

As a gym owner I always appreciate dropping into other gyms. This is one of the friendliest, clean, and well managed gyms I’ve been to. Dana and Roni are doing an amazing job keeping their members safe while providing an enjoyable workout experience. Highly recommend Steamboat peeps the check them out! We will be back!!

The best gym I’ve ever dropped into. Friendly, clean, safe and on top of that the coaching was INCREDIBLE! We focused on deadlifts and Ronni’s detailed, yet easy to understand, cues made it feel like I attended a deadlift clinic not just an ordinary WOD. If you’re visiting Steamboat or a local looking to try CrossFit for the first time, this is the place to do so.

I was a member of this gym for roughly 4 years or so. In my time there I learned how to correctly do all of the various movements like squatting, deadlifting, olympic lifting. This gym is more than a gym, it's an amazing community and make you feel like family. Ronnie and Dana are some of the best people I've ever met and will go out of their way to help you. They will help you become the better you as well as Auriela and Anna. The atmosphere is always fun, constructive, and supportive. This is an amazing gym.

We have been coming to CF Steamboat for about 2-3 years when we are visiting in the winter and summer. The coaches and owners are always welcoming and are also knowledgeable. We really like the programming and the equipment at the box. They are getting ready to move into an even larger space in a few weeks which will make a great box even greater.

I dropped into CrossFit Steamboat for 3 days while on family vacation. The facility was great and the staff was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend CF Steamboat to anyone looking for a drop in while staying in the Steamboat area. Thanks again for having me!
