I would give the customer service 10 stars if I could!! They are always amazing here!! I'm not afraid to try anything new here( which I DID! The pizza was 1/2 Bacon and Pickles, the other side, Crispy Chicken and Ricotta.
Ok, so my hubby messed up on the Pickles and Bacon - cooked to perfection but weird( his fault), Chicken and Ricotta... AMAZING!!! The Salad with BBQ Chicken? DELIGHTFUL!!

Taylor is amazing! She is extremely friendly, professional, and cares about customer satisfaction. She gives you exactly what you want.The food here is wicked awesome. I got an XL pizza with extra cheese and extra sauce. The atmosphere is comfortable and had a home feeling. I give Papa Ginos on Lexington St in Waltham Mass more than 5 stars!!!

I'm from NJ and I love pizza. I was impressed with the pizza here. Just the right amount of sauce and cheese! Crust was cooked to perfection. The staff were great! The GM was hilarious and kept us engaged. Would love to see a restaurant like this open in Phoenix Arizona.

From the second I opened the front door and entered I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Although short in staff, and facing more orders than 2 people could complete, I was still attentively taken care of and with a pleasant and uplifting nature.

Both Drew and Taylor made me feel almost a part of a family compared to a last minute customer. Taken care of from start to finish with hospitality, and never rushed out, I had full service and nothing but kindness brought to my table.

I was fairly hungry and ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza, a Italian sub, and a side of mozzarella sticks. The pizza was certainly the highlight of the meal. The freshness and quality compared to most other restaurants was extremely noticeable. The sub was assembled well with great ingredients and balanced fantastically with the oil and vinegar. Moz sticks were hot and extremely crispy and served with marinara sauce.

Absolutely a place to visit if you want a home-like atmosphere with caring and considerate hosts.

I plan on visiting many times in the future.

Taylor is incredible! We showed up on Monday night after calling our order in (1 XL extra cheese pizza, 1 XL pepperoni and hot honey) -- Taylor was working alone and cheerful as always, while keeping the shop going like a literal BOSS! <3 Jody

Good food and very friendly staff. If you want pizza that's very well made I recommend them without hesitation.

Even if you don't want pizza get the breadsticks. My all time favorite breadsticks are served here.

One of the best steak subs I've had in a good long time. Not as good as the ones I make at home but this was a very close. Second. I will often go to D'Angelo's or Papa Gino's for their steak subs, but this is the best one I've had in a long time.

I'm still having trouble figuring out the online coupon thing, Taylor was extremely helpful getting that done, Drew was very personable, both pleasant, efficient and highly articulate, top shelf customer service representatives in time and demeanor, A pleasure to deal with, unlike most places, I'm a boss and I know good and bad employees, These two a top shelf, polished customer service representatives. I wish everyone I had to deal with was like these two. I'm 58 and I first had Papa Gino's pizza when I was like 10 so 40 years, This place makes the best.

When I visited this restaurant I was greeted kindly by a friendly hello and a smile. The service was quick and efficient, everything was delicious. I will gladly visit this Papa Gino's again and again.

ALWAYS satisfied with the customer service and food is cooked to perfection every visit. (Buffalo chicken Macaroni and cheese is by far my favorite pizza on the menu, hence the picture.) Definitely the best Papa Gino’s I’ve ever been to, no exaggeration. The store wouldn’t be worth going to without the hard work and love that has and currently is being put in by the managers Jay, Taylor, and of course their warm, welcoming staff. Highly recommend coming here!

(Corporate definitely needs to update the amenities a bit but other than that, great job Papa Gino’s!!)

An outstanding pizza and customer service experience that was amazing. In town for college move-in and wanted good pie…what we got was great pie and cheese bread from a committed team. Taylor and her team made us a fabulous half and half pizza and cheese bread that melted in our mouth. The marinara has a fresh taste that reflects the care and local produce that it was prepared. When in Waltham….don’t miss this pizza gem.

Cheese sticks were delicious had to come back the next day to get more. . Staff was very polite, friendly, and attentive with customers.
