Wow!! Had THE BEST carnitas tacos I ever had outside of Mexico and fantastic birria. Plus the owner was soooo nice! He gave us a chunk of carnitas for our dog to!

The gentleman at the counter was very nice - I ran up on a summer day to the drive through and ordered a carnitas torta. While I was waiting he gave me a water, jalapeño and chunk of savory meat on a plate. The torta was amazing, especially with the roja salsa.

This place is absolutely delicious! We ordered two breakfast burritos, an asada and carnitas, both of which were delicious. I’m pretty sure these may have been the best breakfast burritos we’ve ever had. They were gigantic! The homemade salsa was delicious as well, such a great kick to it. The owner is such a nice man. He had us try the homemade carnitas while we were waiting. We will absolutely be back the next time we’re in Steamboat!

Add this to your list! The food is fresh and absolutely delicious with so much flavor. I’d recommend the burritos. Jesus is lovely and brought me a hibiscus drink for free which brightened my day! He also brought out treats for my dog which obviously brightened her day too!

The carnitas breakfast burritos were delicious - and huge! One burrito would probably be enough for breakfast for two, unless you’re really hungry. The salsa was fresh and flavorful too. The service was great and the staff were very friendly. Will definitely be returning!

The food is amazing and the service is so friendly. My picky grandson raved about his pollo burrito the whole way back to camp! The tamales are divine. Best food after a hike!

He makes everything fresh while you wait- a couple minutes in, he offered us coffee and gave us two pork tacos so we could try his new recipe. The food (chorizo and vegetable breakfast burritos) and experience was fantastic. The wait is definitely worth it- be sure to bring cash.

Just stopped in and grabbed 3 tortas, everyone loved them! Delicious food with very fresh ingredients. The guy running the shop was extremely friendly. He brought us champurrado while we waited outside, which we had never tried before. Everything was great!!

Flew into Hayden and was looking for a quick bite and came across this absolute gem. The owner greeted us at our car and recommended the fresh carnitas he had just finished making. While we were waiting for our food, he even brought us a plate of delicious carnitas with a lemon to try and a warm drink. The carnitas burrito and the quesadilla were some of the best we’ve had in a while. We will be back for the great food and the great customer service!

Incredible food. What a find! The asada burrito was amazing. So was the carnita torts. The place is run by a very friendly, sweet older gentleman and dang does he know how to cook. The torta was stuffed with avocado. You definitely get your money’s worth. Easily the best lunch in town for the dollar.

Great food. Showed up after they closed unknowling and was greeted by a very nice gentleman. Who still took my order and even gave my doggy a biscuit while we waited for the food. I will be back here again! Best Mexican food I've had in quiet some time.

Wow, REALLY good tacos, great owner, super nice, gave us so many extras to try while he was cooking, so, so full in the best way. Definitely should be a stop if you like real tacos.

What a treat, I was renting a truck at the enterprise nearby and stopped here and had the best breakfast burrito of my life. I don't live in Steamboat but when I come back this is the first place I'm going. 10/10!!

I am from Texas and in Steamboat Springs for vacation. I was craving some authentic Mexican food and this spot HIT THE MARK! The owner is hilarious and very kind. I wish I could bring the whole restaurant back with me! Absolutely delicious!

Delicious authentic Mexican food. Proprietor cooks with pride, and fabulous taste. Try it quickly…he’s moving back to Mexico at the end of the year!

Wonderful experience! The gentleman made us delicious breakfast burritos when nowhere else was open on Christmas morning, and even jumped my car when the battery died in the drive thru
