Barbara was incredibly patient and helpful in resolving an issue with my T-Mobile phone purchase. She took the time to understand the problem and went above and beyond to find a solution. Thanks to Barbara's expertise and friendly demeanor, my experience was stress-free and positive.

I was having an issue with my warranty, membership and subwoofer transaction, but from the gecko as my favorite store, they never cease to amaze, and they were so good to take care of me. Overall very helpful staff, David and Barbara were very knowledgeable and helpful with my upgrade and setup of my new iPhone. They were definitely much better than the nearby Verizon store. Decent selection of accessories and it’s nice to know I have unlimited screen protector replacements.

The phone line stunk, the store manager fixed the problems.

Suffice it to say that I wasn’t happy about not being able to order directly from the store. The folks on the phone insisted that I rush to the store to pick up my open box purchase microwave.

I got to the store at 7:57. The microwave wasn’t ready. Shawn T., the manager, made sure that they got my floor model ready, made sure it had a glass turntable (the floor model was missing it), and because there was no box had his staff wrap it very securely. They even included the mounting bracket.

Best part: I have a formerly $500 top of the line microwave with a three year extended warranty for $100!!

I want to prise David in the smart phone dept who helped me choose a new modem and mesh router set up. He clearly knew what he was talking about and I trusted his judgement. I came in to return $1300 worth of Sonos equipment that I bought at a different store. I was annoyed because I was told the $49 membership would allow me to price match after the purchase ... but there was of course a catch. I got 30% off with Sonos and got a refund. As I was walking out I went to check on the router stock. David came over, we got talking and he scored a $800 purchase for the store that would not have happened without him. He did not try to up sell me. He explained some technical issues I might have had, and set me on the course for improvement. Very nice guy and was shocked when. I said I wanted to speak to his manager to give him an attaboy. People,e in retail work hard and it's often thankless. I wanted to make sure David got the recognition he deserved. Because to be frank, I was walking out saying to myself "I will never come back and only buy with amazon going forward"... David changed my perception on the spot.

Jason in tge best buy installation was amazing. Beyond happy with the service provided. He deserves a raise.

I have come to this Best Buy multiple times to pick up my expensive pc parts. I don't like them delivered because the drivers may damage or leave them on my poach to be stolen Without even ringing my doorbell the store is very clean. Everything is organized and all the employees are very professional. I will continue to use this one even though I live in maryland

David made our experience at Best Buy in buying new cellphones simple and easy. He went the extra distance in ensuring the successful transfer of our data between old and new cells. This writeup is for the amazing work that Todd in the Geeksquad auto department performed on my car. Todd and Victor are true pros, and I absolutely admire Todd's patience with me throughout the process, and awesome advice. Finally, his work speaks for itself, he is so detailed and such a perfectionist, I did not think I could get my car to the level he did, but let me tell you, he did an outstanding job. I got a quote from two audio specialty shops in the area that quoted me three times what it ended up being with Best Buy, and the quality of work was exceptional. Very thankful to the team for an amazing job!
