Harris Teeter

Not the biggest Harris teeter, but definitely one of the most friendly. The person at the fish counter was very pleasant and happy to help. I’ve always enjoyed their bakery staff, and the hot bar is usually a temptation I give into.

It’s pricey and they don’t always have everything in stock, but always a good experience and there’s always an alternative if they’re out of what I went for.

Went to grab lunch real quick and an employee working near the salad bar greeted me unexpectedly. It threw me off guard but I truly appreciate being recognized. My day has been hectic and that was refreshing. Went to self check out and an employee was about to check me out but a self check out opened up. I needed her help anyway, and she came back with her positive energy. She helped me and left to go back to what she was doing. Tracy's energy was so amazing that I had to get her name and then found out she was the customer service manager. Amazing! Customer service goes a long way for me so I might need to start doing my weekly shopping here. Thanks for having such pleasant employees.

This location is a bit of a hike from my office in Crystal City, but I still like coming here. I especially enjoy the hot bar and salad bar that the have. They also seeve-up pizza during the lunch hours. I arrived somewhat early today for the hot bar because it wasn't yet open. So I went for a fresh kale salad with carrots, chicken breast strips, peas. Some tomatoes, and shredded cheese. I also went for a Kiola vanilla bean protein shake. These stores are especially impeccable in terms of cleanliness and organization. That's what make it a classy grocery store!

Unbelievably kind and friendly workers. Very clean and very nice. Curbside pickup has been amazing. If you lose service, there’s a doorbell in the roundabout area you can press to alert you are there. My go-to grocery store hands down any day!

Great location, selection of food items, and professional staff. Clean and easy to navigate. Customer/cashier rep Bill was awesome and very helpful. Would highly recommend this location.

Great team of people, delicious food choices (i.e. dry-aged beef), good wine selection, and once a month they provide cooking demos, in addition to food sampling throughout the week.

Good food, great drinks and bar service by Nabil! The place is cozy and was full, had a good crowd. Definitely going back.

I prefer this store to all of the ones close to my house. This one is closest to my office which makes it an easy stop in the evenings. The store is clean and well stocked.

The staff are all incredibly kind, helpful & welcoming. One of the managers surprised me by remembering that i had been at the store before and said it was good to see me again. Not something you experience much anymore.

They have some great stuff and deals but the hot case sucks. The premade pizza they make they don’t check if they’re any good. It tasted awful. They need to do better with hot case of not just don’t waste the space.

I usually do not comment on grocery stores, especially large grocery chains. However, I was really impressed with the customer service we received by the four different people that we asked for help. I felt like the staff really went out of their way to find what we needed.

I love shopping there! It has a lot of fresh steak meat options and very friendly, helpful worker in meat section Cheryl. I had to buy more meat for a party and she helped me with finding the right ones, she was friendly and nice. And cashier John made my busy overwhelmed day much better! Great job Harris Teeter! Keep going!

Love this market in the neighborhood of empty high rises. There is never more than a dozen people shopping there. Pre-made food is quite good especially the sushi and seafood options. The layout of the store is kind of confusing. There is never anyone around to ask for help.

Really beautiful layout to the store. They have really great fresh produce options. The bakery selection is also really great. The entrance is kind of strange to walk to (you can either take an elevator or walk through the parking garage) but there is an under ground parking garage with direct access to the front door. Definitely a great option for groceries.

This location is a gem! Ample parking, Well stocked, fresh produce - very clean. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. There’s a positive vibe from the staff, which left me with a smile as I left.

I love this Harris Teeter. It's very clean and I love that the parking is free. It's always a quick in and out. They make the best subs in their deli. Today I tried their fresh pizza for the first time for a quick lunch. It was pretty good. I love their subs because they use fresh bread.

Great Customer Service from their team including using self checkout. I visited the Seafood, Bakery and Prepared food departments. Everyone was engaging, spoke when you walked by and were polite. I didn't know they were there and I've already visited twice. Free parking for that area. I was in and out easily. Produce looked free and presented well.

Customer Service is excellent. Clean floor and a wide selection of items.

I have to give it up to the deli/bakery departments because they’re always incredibly helpful and friendly. I get lunch there pretty often because it’s such an awesome deal.

Honestly I would never go here to shop for groceries because it’s inconvenient, the layout is super dark without any lighting, and the entrance alone is horrible...... but everyone that works there’s is awesome and will take care of you so you can consider that in your shopping experience.
