Went in to have a very little print job done. Lamar (I believe) waited on me. He was fast, efficient and had me out of there in no time. All done with a pleasant attitude and multi-tasking. I live in DC but will drive out to this location for this service!

The sweetest woman helped me get an account set up today so I could start earning points with each purchase. She had a great attitude and was incredibly patient. I didn’t catch her name, but she had pink glasses.

I went in last minute to have menus for a Friendsgiving printed. Q was so kind enough to assist me around his current workload. He made sure they were printed to satisfaction: quality, color, size. He was very helpful, I would trust them again with my printing needs.

David the store manager is awesome! Bought a legal pallet of paper could not lift it. Even helped me to the car with it! 5-Star service!

I had such a wonderful experience at this particular location. The printing department is under new management and you can definitely see the the difference in customer service. The department manager Marquetta was extremely helpful and made sure to get the job done on time.

I also had the pleasure of working Marquette who is also in the print department. He was very informative and great customer service.

Well-organized, but as with any other supply store shopping, you have to browse and pay attention to what you're picking because of the multiple options to choose from. I needed a directory in here, but I found what I needed. Eventually. Exchange process was simple, thankfully. I hate shopping so take my review with a grain of salt.

I don't write too many reviews, but I must write this, because when you have a great experience, you want to tell the world. I love this Staples because of the manager there-his name is Happy. Go figure! I own two businesses and I am always amazed when I come across people who truly care. Happy has been so helpful for both of my businesses! We have a Staples right down the street from our house that would be more convenient, but we go to this one because of him. He's been patient, helpful, and knows exactly what to recommend for my business' needs. We are always taken care of. Thanks Staples-it's so nice to have a reliable business supporting our business! And huge thank you to Happy!!

Mickey(?), who is head of tech support, is great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I've been in there for a few tech purchases and felt like he helped me make good choices for our needs. Went in today for a printer and didn't even bother to go next door to Best Buy to comparison shop.

Glennis in the print and marketing department is an angel. She helped me with my wedding menus and a few other items. She is patient and kind. I appreciate all her help and great customer service 😊
