Nice, clean 7-Eleven. Always has the iced coffee in stock. The employees here are uniquely friendly as well. I don't usually leave reviews for 7-Eleven but yea... this is a good one.

when this place is open, it's perfectly fine; staff is friendly, shelves are stocked, no complaints. The issue is this location purports to be open 24/7 and it simply is not. 9 times out of 10 if you try to go here after midnight, they will be closed with no explanation. You might get lucky and they'll let you in, but you might not. If they don't want to be open all night, that's completely understandable, but PLEASE update your hours to reflect the actual time that you close

Miss labled prices, reward points and soda machine hasn't been stocked

This location is often closed at night. Worst 7 11 along mt Vernon. Cramped and not clean.

Another 711 closed after midnight on a Saturday night. This one will serve you only if you ordered online. Otherwise, they ignore you at the door. So rude.

They often closed after midnight. There 2 workers inside. So lazy and don’t bother to let me know why they closed.. not sure what the deal is

The worst customer service at night ever the store owner is magnificent she just don't know who she hired at night to be a representation of her and the assistant manager drake is the worst he hates his job he hats the color of his skin he's rude combative and feels that he don't need customers sad part anyone at night trained by him is his mini mi system always down they say supposed to be 24 they close at 12 they don't want to do their job and nothing is convenient

Always a terrible experience here as I live close by. Price labels never match what they actually ring up for at the register. Cashiers never know why and never care. They also always have an attitude.

My last interaction here was after 12am and I wasn’t allowed in though it said 24 hours.. Went to the other 7-eleven around the corner and had no issues. Drove back by this store and I saw TWO young ladies and a gentleman now inside no more than 10 minutes later. Not sure if that’s even legal

Online- Store hours say 24 hours, get to store at 2:33, closed. Also confirmed by business within a week of today (Jun 1st). Worker inside doors locked. When asked why he shrugged his shoulders. This is not my first time dealing with this, but update your online hours, not very "convenient" of my local convenience store

Update: Store closed at midnight, workers inside, sitting behind desk not doing anything, other customers inside, doors locked, there is no consistent schedule, if you are closed, okay, update your store hours, listed as 24 hours a day, not open 24 hours a day. Last time I reported the representative offered me a coffee for my trouble? I don't want coffee. I work later and would simply like a honest store, with honest hours and employees.

Says 24hrs Employee looked at me and turned away. They are in there don’t answer the door don’t care about customers.

It says 24 hours online. But I was told by the worker by they were closed. It was 12am. Even though there were 2 dudes inside gambling on the machines… I could not come in to buy a snack.

The owner of this store is rude and nasty. Do yourself a favor and travel .4 miles down the street to the other 7-11; the owner there knows how to speak to and interact with her customers properly.

Coffee gave me diarrhea and I dont feel good. I would be thoughtful about purchasing coffee or anything from them. I'm pretty disappointed in them making me sick. you've been warned pick another store.
