Starbucks

I enjoy this Starbucks very much. 99% of the time I visit the drive thru. The people are always exceptionally friendly. Many remember my name and drink I order. There's a manager there named Kim, whom I've known from a few years prior at another Starbucks location, she always recognises me and asks how things are going. If there's no one in line in back of me we chit chat for a bit. Even though it's a chain, you're still treated as if it's a small mom & pop store where customers are looked at as a friendly neighbour and not just an order.

I went into Starbucks and ordered an Americano and a snack. I was very happy with the quality and the service. It was nice to be able to do my work in a nice quiet space. This is a great Starbucks that pays attention to detail. They are also very kind and communicative.

#1: I wish these 47 viewers wouldn't have jumped the gun BEFORE they viewed this, cuz due to my busy schedule, I typed down "Lemme get back TO YOU." But anyway, I picked up 2 business cards in Oct. of 2022 n wanted to make some inquiries as to how to solicit donations, because, to my understanding, Starbucks HAVE DONATION LINKS, whether it's thru its website, OR, its social media.

Great customer service! Everyone was super friendly in there. Service was fast and the place was prestine! Will be my go-to Starbucks now!

This is the best Starbucks in Roanoke!! I go here every day and the staff is amazing. They always make me feel so special. I can’t imagine a better Starbucks anywhere else. Kelly, Meredith, Josie, Kelsey, Jana, Mark, Drew, Emma, and I know I’m missing a few but these guys and gals are incredible. Thank you for making my Starbucks experience amazing EVERY time. Yummy drinks everytime. Sometimes the service isnt very fast but the drinks always makes it better. Love the location being close to my current job. It helps when a pick me up is needed working a second shift job. You guys keep it up.

I ordered the Caramel ribbon crunch with extras. Omg awesome.

The best Starbucks in the valley! Friendly and fast. The line is longer times but those batistas work hard to move it fast! The manager is the absolute friendliest she cares about her employees and her store and it shows!!

Blue Hills is the best Starbucks in the area. My order is always correct and they are faster than the other stores. Even when they are busy.

It's 6:00 a.m. on Thanksgiving morning, and I was ready for my holiday Starbucks fix! Little did I know that I'd be getting a bit of sunshine this morning as well. Being healthcare worker I know what it's like to have to work the holidays. The barista named Meredith who helped me out this morning was just a ray of light. Her positive attitude and infectious smile will leave me coming back to the Blue Hill store! It is evident that she is committed to both a customer and to her craft. Thank you, Meredith, for such a great experience this morning!

Really wonderful location, the staff was attentive and friendly. I loved getting my coffee as soon as I finished shopping. It was a little chilly and it helped warm me up as I drove home.

I just started coming to Orange Ave lately for some work. I wasn't a huge fan of Starbucks but I came here for a quick pick me up and the service from everyone there was fabulous, along with my coffee. I was very happy :)
