The best Kroger you’ll ever go to. I don’t live in the area anymore so I’m going to a different Kroger now but I miss this one! Customer service is amazing, the employees are so nice, friendly and helpful. The store is laid out in a way that makes sense and it’s easy to find what you need. Aisles are big so you aren’t crowded with other shoppers. It’s clean and just a pleasant experience every time I’ve gone. Highly recommend!

Store is well organized and very clean. I love the attention to detail the workers have when putting items out for restocking. Definitely set the bar high!

Shout out to the bakery in Kroger Bonsack! This cake was not only delicious but looked amazing! Probably the best cake we have had in a long time. I ordered it the day before and it was ready and waiting for me to pick it up. Thank you!

You have a gentleman working your gas station right now, he went above and beyond and without hesitation when my gas money was stolen earlier only having 1.50 on me he added his own money so I had enough gas to get home! He is a keeper!

OUR FAVORITE KROGER! Always clean and well-stocked, with VERY friendly and helpful employees. Even though this particular store is a bit further to drive, we ALWAYS shop here...when we are busy, we use Click And Pick-up, which we appreciate! Fantastic organic selections.

Love the Bonsack Kroger. Clean store. Nice employees . Picking up my grocery order is a breeze. Tried the Home Chef BBQ ribs. Available from the deli after 11a.m. Ready to eat. Yum!!! 😊👍🏻

Very clean and well maintained store. Associates are always friendly and helpful. The chocolate milk is slightly overpriced and at the same time, very easy to steal. Another one of God’s little tests.

I've always enjoyed shopping at this Kroger, but today had the distinct pleasure of being assisted by two employees who were really top notch:

The first was Carol who, as she was checking my groceries, pointed out a peach I had selected that was bad and asked if I'd like to remove it from the bag before she weighed it. I likely wouldn't have noticed if she hadn't pointed it out, and I appreciated her attention to and concern for the quality of product that I was purchasing.

Then as I arrived at my car and began to load my toddler into his carseat, David, who was collecting carts in the parking lot, offered to load my groceries into my trunk for me while I took care of my son. It was absolutely above and beyond, and it was such a blessing to me.

Very nice, well stocked, clean and orderly. Great selection of wine including local/regional wine too. Needed assistance in finding an item and an associate stopped what he was doing and took us right to it. Cashier was very friendly.

One of the best Krogers I have ever been into. Very clean and well stock. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Produce and deli sections are great.

Always friendly, clean, quick and stocked with everything! Pharmacy is excellent, floral department with Vickie is amazing! Delicious and clean deli, with salad bar always available. Whole staff treat you with respect and appreciate your patronage.

I suffer from spinal stenosis and fibromyalgia. On May 7, 2019, I thought I was having a good day, so I felt comfortable going grocery shopping on my own. I was almost done when sharp pain started in my lower back and down my leg. I immediately headed for the register. As I got to the line, my leg gave out and I began to fall. A customer came to my aid, and immediately behind her came an employee with a wastebasket that they turned upside down for me to sit on while another employee ran to get me a chair. Then they brought me a buggy. They then loaded my groceries onto the belt for me, and after everything was bagged and loaded into the cart, another employee accompanied me to my car and loaded all my groceries into my trunk for me. He kept asking if I was okay to drive and if he could get me anything, like a drink. I was so appreciative of the employees that took such great care of me. I wish I had gotten their names. I was in so much pain, I couldn't think to remember them all. But I am now a loyal customer of this particular store. They also offered to call someone for me, but unfortunately I had nobody who could come get me. Thank you for caring about your customers. I liked coming to your store anyway because it's always so clean, the prices are always so reasonable, and your employees have always been friendly; but this time, they went out their way to assist me and I am forever grateful.

I am a Kroger regular, specifically the Bonsak location. I do not recommend the clicklist feature, unless they have hired some older (over 30 yoa) to do the shopping. The younger shoppers don't seem to know HOW to shop, the older staff do an excellent job. I've only had issues with meat on sale once. They replaced the meat without question. This store is always clean and well stocked with a large selection. The produce department needs some work. I have found produce mislabeled, they don't always know what they are selling. They need to stop wetting everything as this speeds up the rotting process especially in the summer months. And they need to stop removing the natural protection of some things like onions, leave the crackling brown skins on...they keep gnats and such away from the product, husks on corn, leaves on celery (this part is edible and we DO use it). The actual staff of the store is fabulous and quite helpful!

Really nice supermarket, all you could need and want. Starbucks coffee, hot foods, cold snacks, healthy items, gift cards... and the fuel perks are a great bonus! Very clean store, friendly staff too.
